“My sister and I went out to dinner to celebrate her birthday. She wanted to try something new something different, we drove around and found Chinchikurin in Torrance. We were greeted when we walked in and was able to find a table for two. The restaurant was small, clean and it was busy on a Friday night. We didn't know what to expect what was on the menu but we ordered the Steamed octopus, Fried oysters, Mentaiko Cheese (smaller than I thought but tasty) and Chinchikurinyaki Okonomiyaki. All of the dishes were delicious and we are happy that we have given this place a try, it was a great experience and would come again to try other dishes on the menu.“
“Helen and the staff of the Crystal Casino and Hotel are very professional and extremely nice. Hotel is beautiful and clean with a great location. A hidden gem in Compton. Wehad a community event, stayed in the suite and order food from the restaurant. The chef is fabulous!!!“
“Been hearing about this place and finally had a chance to go. Restaurant: Inside, the place is clean and welcoming. Plenty of seating inside to enjoy your food. Could have a group in there if you push the tables together. Experience: Came in right before closing and I was the only one inside. They took my order and I waited for maybe 10-15 minutes for them to make my food. I really appreciated that it was made to order. Food: Got the New York steak and chicken combo with yum yum sauce and garlic butter. Fantastic quality for everything on the plate. Having the two sauce options gave me plenty of variety. Veggies and steak were cooked to perfection. The fried rice upgrade was worth the money I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted teppanyaki. Quality service, quality food and fast. I'll be coming back!“
“I definitely enjoyed my meal here. My family was seated to left where there was a single grill, so we weren’t bothered by anyone else.There are seven grills and it’s a cozy little place. I was here on a Sunday at 6:30pm and it was packed. I had three different servers attend to my table which was impressive. Our soft drinks were never empty. The food was delicious. Just as good as any other hibachi chain.The drink menu is limited to a few beers and wine. No cocktails here.I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place. Servers constantly picking up finished dishes and sweeping the floors. The men’s bathroom I thought was really clean. It stood out to me.I also enjoyed seeing our steaks cooked separately and served to us directly. Even though they were all cooked to the same temperatures.I feel another places might take an order of 2 steaks or more at the same temperature and cook them all together mixing them up. Then dividing them once they are done. I feel I might not get the whole steak I ordered if it was done that way. So thank you for not doing that. I will come back soon because of that.“
“Pepper Lunch exceeded my expectations! The jumbo beef sizzling plate was fantastic--tender beef, well-seasoned rice, and the added bonus of complimentary sides for Yelp check-in made it even better. The affordability of the meal was a pleasant surprise. The availability of various sauces and seasonings at the counter allowed me to customize my dish. “Can't beat this happy hour. Tiki Drinks buy one get one free! Sushi is great quality and there is a fun hibachi situation in the back. My only beef is that they use Styrofoam for their to go containers so if you are eco-conscious, I suggest bringing your own or asking for tinfoil. not dog friendly.“

“Thursday nights are date night for us a Kobe's The bands are always entertaining, the ambiance is great and the servers are amazing. They manage to get you your food while weaving through dancers and a tight seating arrangement in the lounge. We always order the japanese noodle dish. The sauce is to die for. However, the chicken and shrimp are always dry and rubbery, like they've been in the microwave for too long. This review is in hopes that they'll change that issue. Want to keep them as my go to date night place.“

The Wonderful Smell ofHabachi made food encircled my nose &I knew i was in for a treat !!We were helped with our food selections over the phone & Greeted with a Smile.Our order was hot & ready !! The portion size for my To go plate was 2-3 days' worth.And very tasty ?.
