The cake was Strawberry Champagne; the flavor was not too sweet and each bite was perfection. We loved the artistic flair of the cak, as well. Will definitely recommend this bakery to everyone!“

“Came here to celebrate a birthday on a Saturday night, party of 8. We had reservations-- and a good thing because they were super busy! The pizza was absolutely delicious, as was the salads and garlic bread. We feasted!! The service was good, although it dropped off significantly about halfway through the meal. The whole table had to keep their eyes peeled/ participate in flagging down our waitress when it came time for dessert orders and then later the bill. We never did get an opportunity for a second beverage, but as I said, they were super busy, so I don't think that is their normal M.O. Parking was a BEAST. the parking lot is tiny, and Auburn being Auburn, there is very little parking elsewhere. We wound up parking up a S.F. style hill and had the joy of having to hike back up it after dinner. All in all, I'll be back. But I suggest off peak times!“

The servers here are all so kind and thoughtful but don't give me started on the food, I can tell that the food is made carefully especially the drinks. “Just like Newcastle produce I get excited when I see baked and brewed on the route sheet for our bicycle rides. The entire old Auburn area is really very eclectic. Baked and brew has a wide variety of baked goods, generous portion sizes and great coffee in an awesome staff. What's really especially good is that they have a lot of room to sit outside in the sun where you can warm yourself and enjoy your coffee and scone.“

I had a root beer float just because it's been decades since I've had one and it's decent (there's some ice in the ice cream) and reasonably priced. The service is okay.“

“Bloom is amazing! The atmosphere is very fresh clean and comfortable - staff is very nice and accommodating. You get the sense that the staff here are well taken care of and that reflects in the vibe and hospitality. They offer a lot of healthy options for those who don't eat meat, and lots of options for those who do. I ordered a salad and a coffee. The flavor of the coffee was amazing and you can taste the quality in the salad. Highly recommend.“

“My wife and I always order the sashimi platter. The seafood is always so fresh. The rolls we had were also wonderful. The food has always been great. I want to give huge props to our server, Nomi! But we were all blown away. Perfectly seasoned (FINALLY) and cooked burgers. Burger was very tasty, and melted in your mouth. Veg was fresh and crisp. Incredible fries and shakes that tasted home made. The 1/3 burger with medium fries was spot on for serving size.Sure the place could use a coat of paint and some upkeep. But the burgers are bargain priced the staff super friendly.This is now my fave burger joint outside NYC.“

“We ate at their Eureka location. Busy Friday night, waited 40 minutes for a table. When this place gets busy, it's loud. They could use additional soft materials or sound absorbing panels. Once we were seated (party of 7) service was good. Ordered a number of platters, sashimi appetizers, hamachi collars, and extra pickled wasabi. Fish is always fresh and presentation appetizing.“

However, the Señorita bread called me back - and this time around we were greeted by the friendliest women, who knew everything about what was on the shelves. Our mouthes were seriously on the floor on just how different our experience was this time around... Last time we were told so many things that were not true about fillers for donuts and the gal even forgot our bread. The lady this time kindly asked if we could tell the manager of our previous experience because they take those things very seriously. Again, I was taken back - I thought about emailing the owners regarding the service last month but life got in the way and I moved on.... They only have one favor of gluten-free on the menu per day. You can order in advance more gluten-free. The cupcakes were soft, spongy, and airy. Not dry at all. The server makes your cocktails (apparently only on weeknights) I thought it was cool because they had some good knowledge . Our server was attentive; the food came out quick and was excellent. I had the chicken marsala , my son had the Seasonal Shrimp Pasta; we also had bruschetta, Brussels sprouts and the meatball appetizer which was also fantastic. We had a 3rd person in case you were thinking these guys eat a ton. This location has salads on their menu and they're absolutely amazing!Parking: This shopping center was booming for a private bday party at another restaurant so, nearby parking was hard to find. Also, this was also during peak holiday shopping. It didn't really matter because I have already been back to this Pieology twice since then. “We have been here several times. The food has always been very mediocre. But there seems to be some improvement? Kudos to the cook/chef that was there on Saturday night. He/she took the time to make each plate look appetizing and the ingredients were all fresh. The garlic fries that came with my pastrami sandwich were so so good. The veggie pizza was loaded with fresh veggies. The Hawaiian pizza was delicious and the burger and fries were tasty. Our waitress was super nice. The restaurant has a good vibe and there were plenty of TVs showing different sporting events. Service was sort of slow.“

“This is always a good spot to get a meal. By all means it's not authentic Mexican food but it's definitely a good choice. My favorite things to pick are the yucatan chicken salad and grilled southwest steak burrito pictured below. What I appreciate about this place is that the salsa is always good, I love the chile pasilla and chipotle salsas. Only thing that's a little iffy is just the chips. They used to be very good but this past year they've always been stale. The service is quick. The food is ready within 5 minutes ordering. Usually that brings up red flags but you can visibly see the chefs grilling the steaks and chicken infront of you. I personally love the char on the steak. the restaurant itself is cute. It has an old western theme.“
