“We went to this bar-slash-sports grill after class at GSB. We were a fairly big group, and it was already quite late at night. Unfortunately, the kitchen was closed by the time we arrived, so we just grabbed drinks and spent some time hanging out.

The place was very lively, with loud music and a high-energy vibe. Even though it was a weeknight, it was still pretty busy—probably because it’s located in a student-heavy area. Parking was easy to find nearby, though I’m not sure how it gets on weekends.

I ordered an espresso martini, which was pretty strong and well made. I didn’t get a chance to try any food, but I imagine it’s standard bar or sports-grill fare—nothing fancy, but solid for casual bites.

“John , ray , Deedee , Roxanne , Bella have all been rockstars . I’m brand new to Cali and this was the first bar I’ve ever been to for a pit stop . I’ve never been to a different one . These people are hands down bad ass and I’ve never felt so happy to be at a spot where I thought I was a stranger . The regulars here make me feel like I’m home . I love this bar and I greatful for everyone I’ve met . I don’t know if I’ll be here permanently yet or not but this will always be a staple to me even if I’m in Cali or not . “They dont really serve food but you can bring your own in. Really fun place. Couple pool tables great service. Most folks I talked to have been coming here for decades, so that's got say something! Great bartenders! Especially the day time guy!

“A bit of a dive, but in a fun way. They have pool, darts, TVs and a digital jukebox. They carry an impressive selection of beer on tap, from the most basic, up to some very decent craft beers. You'll also usually find a cider or hard soda on tap and they carry bottled an canned alcohol too. Yes, you can get White Claw here. Bartenders are usually pleasant and quick to acknowledge your presence. If in the mood for food, theres always at least one food truck out front, sometimes two.“

“We had breakfast here the morning after a company event, the food was surprisingly excellent!

I had the egg white asparagus mushroom frittata, with side salad and home style potatoes, so delicious and you could tell the ingredients were really fresh, from the asparagus to the mushrooms, was very happily surprised. My husband had the chilaquiles which were also delicious, the plates came out very quickly and were hot, just a lot of attention to detail. Thanks to Chef Wayne Sergio and Ernesto! And our server Nadia was very helpful, continued checking on us and super friendly and sweet!

The reviews are really off, not sure why so low, thy have a new chef the last 2 years maybe that’s why.

We plan to come back here just for breakfast even if we’re not staying at the hotel! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great breakfast with a lot of options on the menu! Kudos to the hotel for training staff well and picking an excellent chef.“

James K was a phenomenal server and even cooked our food for us when he didn’t have to, he explained the menu clearly especially since it was our first time there and gave a brief description of the meats we were eating. 10/10 highly recommend and will be back again!“

“Great place to bowl and have fun. When you step inside, it is like a step into the past. Some days it is packed and others not. The systems sometimes glitch, but it is not a big deal. The staff are nice and the lanes are clean, so overall it's a very good place to have a birthday party.“

“Food is okay. We were seated pretty quickly on a busy night, we were told 15 minutes for a table then were seated within 5 minutes. The trio that I ordered. Ordered the Pretzel sticks, chicken wings, and riblets trio. The riblets came out kind of like warm and we were missing cheese dip for the pretzel.“
