“Quleon Was such a good help! This is the second time in a week I’ve been to this chic fil a and the service was great. He was helpful, kind, and patient when my grandmother couldn’t find her wallet. This gentleman needs to be promoted to store manager asap. Whoever trained him needs a raise asap! Nice job chic fil a. Customer service never disappoints.“

“Best Chick-Fil-A to stop by. The staff was incredibly nice. The guy working the register was very welcoming. The food was immaculate! The chicken sandwich and fries were crispy, well seasoned, and fresh. I would 1000% come back again!! I don’t really rate food places but I definitely had to rate this spot five stars because of how the service and food left me beyond satisfied.“

“Stopped by today to grab a bite and of course i got the Chick-fil-A nuggets, which are my favorite. The food was amazing. The nuggets were so crispy and of course they got all the sauces that I wanted. They all walk around greeting customers with a great big smile, asking if there is anything we need, offer to take our tray. This includes the manager!! I was impressed at the service this facility provided. Definitely recommend“

“I wouldn’t normally review a fast food place since everyone knows what they’re getting , and that’s the beauty of these big franchises.

However it’s worth it in this occasion for a particular team member called Jonathan. He very pleasantly greeted me and when talking I mentioned it was my first time in the states and Chick Fil A. He was so helpful in talking me through all the options on the menu, even tailoring his recommendations to what I liked, after asking me. I work in luxury hospitality and that is the kind of stuff we expect from our team, Jonathan is an absolute asset! Served around 8-9pm on 14/05.“

“The food was well prepared, I loved the banana pudding milkshake and can really recommend it! This chick fil a is located in the food court of Westfield and it’s quite noisy but other than that it was a good food. The servers were also nice.“
