“During my time in LA, the Chick-fil-A in Hollywood became one of my reliable go-to spots. What stood out the most was how consistently good the food was — no matter what time of day I went, the quality never dropped. The chicken was always hot, crispy, and flavorful, and the waffle fries were fresh every single time.

But what really kept me coming back was the staff. They were always friendly, polite, and on top of things. It didn’t matter how busy it got — they kept the line moving and never lost their cool. You could tell they actually cared about creating a good customer experience, which honestly made a big difference, especially in a fast-paced area like Hollywood.

“Nice Chick-fil-A restaurant, located near UCLA campus. I got deluxe sandwich meal and the food was decent, but not as good as I had in other Chick-fil-A restaurants. The burger wasn’t that juicy. The fries were good, crispy and tasteful. There are plenty of tables inside which is nice. They don’t have men restroom, just W/M room, and it is locked. During my visit trash cans were full, so I had to throw my trash to recycling bin. The staff is very friendly, and I they serve pretty quickly.“

“Stopped by today to grab a bite and of course i got the Chick-fil-A nuggets, which are my favorite. The food was amazing. The nuggets were so crispy and of course they got all the sauces that I wanted. However it’s worth it in this occasion for a particular team member called Jonathan. He very pleasantly greeted me and when talking I mentioned it was my first time in the states and Chick Fil A. Wheelchair accessibility: They definitely have a wheelchair ramp that gives you ease and Access to the restaurant, a nice place to come and disable people are more than welcome.“

“The food was well prepared, I loved the banana pudding milkshake and can really recommend it! This chick fil a is located in the food court of Westfield and it’s quite noisy but other than that it was a good food. The servers were also nice.“
