“I had a terrible experience at a chipotle in Torrance. The food tasted like water and air, PLAIN with not season at all. It was disgusting!! I can’t remember the guys name at this specific location I’m writing the review for but he was so nice, the meat was well seasoned, my bowl was extremely tasty, and the restaurant was super clean.“

The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made just the way I like it. The staff is friendly, patient, and they move fast even during busy hours. I always feel like they actually care about making your meal right, not just rushing through it.
I usually get a burrito with double chicken and a large bag of chips — and it never disappoints. Portions are generous, everything is well-seasoned, and I always leave full and happy.
Big thanks to the team for keeping it clean, organized, and welcoming. Definitely one of my favorite spots to grab a reliable and tasty meal.“

- Large parking lot
- The portion sizes are generous
- They have a separate assembly line for mobile orders

“Went here for lunch. Even though there was a long line, the crew behind the counter was very efficient! The line moved very quickly. There's indoor and outdoor seating available. Food is good and fresh. Generous serving. I was only able to eat half of the bowl. I saved the other half for later.“
“The pick-up wasn't ready when it was scheduled and the staff gave us one less drink than we ordered.
Vegetarian options: If you ordered a meal without meat then guacamole is free!
Dietary restrictions: It's like Subway "build your own" so if you have restrictions you can just choose not to add something. Most items have a little bit of a kick, since it is named after a spicy pepper.
Parking: We were lucky enough to find a meter on the street just next door but I'm sure some days those spots are difficult to find.

Thankfully I love guac, but it’s so much it feels like an employee must have been playing a practical joke? I’ll never know sadly, but I do wish they would have included more chips.“

I regularly see staff taking food temperatures, swapping out older items for fresh ones, and even having conversations with each other about maintaining food safety standards. It’s clear they take it seriously, and it absolutely shows in the quality of the food. Also, there’s tons of open parking spots around there. Anyway, the portions are large, and I never feel that they are skimping out. “Came to this chipotle and I really was rushing and it was a very long day and I had no time to eat you I honestly didn’t want to be the guy that comes into the restaurant six minutes before close however, I had no choice and I already felt bad enough, but Ariel was super sweet and accommodating, and went out of her way to make sure I was fed as such a late hour I had only brought in cash made a special exception for me, knowing they would have to rerun all reports for me who did not eat all day and the day has been I cannot stress how grateful I was for them to be able to make sure I ate. I was clearly delirious as I had not eaten and left my wallet on the counter and halfway out the door Dorothy comes and runs and gives it to me and after having my wallet stolen about a month ago, it’s a little gestures like this. I appreciate this establishment and the people they employ and I will continue to support. Thank you guys so much, the store was clean and smell fresh and chipotle when it gets close to closing, you have to sacrifice you’re being options sometimes even meet but not here at the chipotle for one of the best experiences. “The rewards QR code scanner has been broken for months. I have to manually enter my receipt into the app for rewards, which isn't a huge problem except that the app limits entering receipt rewards to once a week.Sometimes the guac is quite fibrous, which I personally dislike.“
“First meal after arriving in LA! It was very good as I had high expectations as it is a very famous franchise. Protein can be eaten half and half, so try a variety of different types. The portion size was large enough for 3 people to eat 1 bowl and 1 burrito to their fill.“
