We ordered a Frankenstein sandwich with a side of either chips or seasoned carrots and cucumber which was great and some other turkey sandwich I already forgot what it was called but it was ok. We also ordered an American and dirty chai was also good. Would definitely come back to def try out the other sandwiches“

“We were originally looking forward to eat at Wendy’s but saw this place, we decided to check it out and we’re so glad we did! The portions are good for the price, very affordable and the food is amazing! I got a three decker clubhouse combo with pasta primavera. The workers are very friendly and accommodating! “Deli shop that has a robust menu (sammiches, salads, pasta, and pizza) with a variety of flavors for your palate. They have canned and bottled specialty beer and wine that will surely fit your mood. The vibe is so chill, you feel right at home. They get busy during lunch and dinner hours so be prepared to wait a bit for your food, but you can kill time by browsing their drinks. Great place for lunch.“

“I ordered an open face MCB on gluten free everything bagel with vegan cream cheese which was delicious. My husband ordered a white fish salad bagel on an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese which he enjoyed. We also ordered a generous side of pickles. The coffee was solid too. The interior is well designed and the booths offer cozy, private seating.“

“I was on the lookout for a decent sub sandwich place and found Olive It on Google. The inside of the establishment is nice and quaint. I got the Neapolitan Sandwich with a bag of plantain chips and a soda which was not only delicious but also very reasonably priced; for the same amount I'd get regular at Jersey Mike's.

This is a good small business that makes great sandwiches. And if you're looking for a Subway or Jersey Mike's replacement, give Olive It a try.“

“I used to frequent this place as a down student literally over 12 years ago. And every no and then if I was downtown, I’d stop in. I still think about their food and I’m across the country now. So fresh, tasty, just exactly what you need. Especially because downtown is a bit of a hassle t get food in. The staff were always so friendly and gracious. Very quick too. Highly recommend.“

“Ever crave a NY style BEC bagel but you live in West LA? Look no further than New York Bagel and Deli! While there are many good bagel places in the city, this has the best bagel quality and value in my opinion. They do everything, from bagel with shmear and lox to BEC and even pizza, all for an affordable price. Highlight is the sandwich combo which is a fat bagel sandwich and a combo. It's my go to for a filling breakfast for a long day!“

“Grade A (95): St Vincent Deli, is my favorite restaurant in the alley. I can't believe how much food comes out of this tiny little restaurant. They have Shawerma (gyros style) but tastes amazing. They have fresh home made food as a feature every day. I specially love Thursdays (Kufteh) which is ground beef kebab in small finger like shape in tomato sauce and fries (delicious). The alley is an Historic and cozy Alley with hidden gems as restaurants.“

“I work in the area so I passed this place often and I’ve been wanting to try it for quite some time. A lot of my coworkers have said great things about it so I decided to give it a try today. It’s located right on Santa Monica Blvd on a gas station property inside where you pay for gas. One end of it is the market and the other end is for the gas station. In between are rows of the refrigerators and aisles of snacks so it was really nice to have all those drink options. The lady behind the counter was really polite and it was just a really quick and easy experience to get my lunch.

The menu is really large and they specialize in sandwiches. My order was ready shortly after I placed the order and it really hit the spot. I would recommend, especially if you are in a hurry or looking for a good quick casual meal.“

“They have the best selection in food not only is the food there fresh but they also have a very good selection in healthy foods. They also have homemade recipes in traditional cuisine. The food is very GOOD and I love all of their healthy hot dishes, pasta salads, panini sandwiches and more. The people working there are very nice. Everyday they have different homemade soups.“

“I tried this place for lunch since I was looking for something new that also wasn't so heavy like other items around the area are. I chose this place because the of the reviews and also their menu. It seems all over the place since it goes from wraps, to sandwiches, sushi rolls, poke, smoothies, ice blended drinks, and even boba!

I ordered the chicken wrap for lunch and chose a side of potato salad. You have three options, which are fries, salad or potato salad. I'll try the other two the next time, maybe with a sandwich. The chicken wrap, I assumed, I was going to receive cold. To my surprise it was warm and that's because it comes with freshly grilled chicken. The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and surrounded by crisp veggies. It also had like a ranch sauce or caesar dressing sauce or similar. But it all worked out well together.

The potato salad was just okay, and it was nothing amazing. It had a decent flavor. Personally, I would not order this item again as it could have been better.

The ice blended coffee was great. Exactly what I had expected from an ice blended beverage. Nothing amazing and I would order it again, but this time in a larger size for me.

Overall, this place was much better than I had expected, and it does deserve it's rating as the food was packaged neatly, looked great and tasted great. I will definitely be coming back to this place to try their other items. The place is nice and the prices are more than fair and inexpensive.“

“One of the best Jewish Deli around. It is an institution. Has a great bakery and Deli meats to go. Our favorite thing to start our meal is the half chicken in a pot with extra Matzah Balls for the leftover soup to bring home for another day. I love the dresser sandwich and make sure to ask for their yummy pickles with it. If they have them I like to buy a bag of bagel chips to take home for the leftover soup. The have magnificent hamtashins, great carrot cake, fantastic chocolate dipped macaroons. The list goes on and on. My wife loves their Monte Cristo sandwich. It is always a special treat to go to Canters in the Fairfax area of LA. I feel like I am going back to my grandma's house force meal. My wife is not Jewish and she loves this place. The waiters and waitresses work very hard to make you feel special!“
