We came for the seafood and left OBSESSED. This spot has been around for decades and you can feel the old-school charm the moment you walk in. We went big with the COMBO platter and it did not disappoint:

“I found them on Yelp with a 4.5 rating and said I'm gonna try this place. I ordered a combo of catfish filet and oysters with fries and macaroni salad. The food was fresh, tasted great and plentiful. And I couldn't finish my meal because it was so much food. I highly recommend this place. The service was good also. I finally found my new go-to fried fish spot. Maybe I'll trying the orange roughy or lobster fried the next time. And don't forget the tartar sauce. It's off the chain, not that packaged stuff like some other places have.“

“The chicken is the best is hot fresh and close to home cooking the atmosphere's okay but I would recommend to pick up and go but it's worth a trip there just to get some of that good chicken

Parking: There's parking is just kind of tightly spaced“

“It's small and gets crowded at peak hours. I like the chicken. It's slightly different from the other franchises. The french fries are very good. It's cheaper than the bigger franchises. I like that you can choose between drumsticks, thighs, or wings. Mix and match what you want. Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Parking: I only go to their restaurant on MLK near the corner of Vermont. But there are more locations.“

“In town for a conference and conference food was terrible and could not eat it. Left the conference in search of better food & stumbled across Anna’s Fish Market. Staff was very welcoming and explained menu options since it was my first time visiting. Ordered the 5 pc snapper with yams and collards. Fish was fresh and hot!!“

“I think most restaurants use some kind of inexpensive fish with the thought that once it's breaded and fried, no one will care. But the Slow Bell's haddock was thick, moist, and cooked just right. The fries were so good bare that I felt guilty using ketchup.“

“Been going here for years. I've tried other places for fried fish and this is my favorite. They also have fried chicken which alot of other fish restaurants don't have. They take phone orders and offer delivery services through popular apps. Their desserts are delicious. Service is friendly I would give it 5 stars but it has a B rating and not much seating or dining space. I'm glad they stopped making the greens so spicy.“

“Aye listen when I tell you that these sweet and spicy garlic jumbo shrimp is ?!!! The shrimp alone is fresh. They are large shrimp and the are seasoned well. These will be a staple of mine to get every time I come here! The customer service from the Spanish guy that took my order was A-1! I wish I would’ve gotten his name.“
