We had the most amazing experience at Tuktuk turntable x plage! Wonderful chef Amanda Maneesilasan and wonderful presenter Manza made it such a wonderful experience full of heart and most delicious food! I am not big on scallops or beignet, but both were so stellar that I can't wait to come back! Organic wine selection was another wonderful surprise, all organic and very delicate. The new collab at this pop up is "PLAGE"...the seafood is so fresh and flavorful with high quality ingredients and there's a happy hour menu! My fave was the fish and chips! The fried fish was genuinely so enjoyable. The portion was definitely big enough for two people, but I was greedy today! The batter is crisp and flavorful and the tartar sauce was bright and lemony! This place is SO good. The service was amazing, kind, and generous. We got the fish beignets, fried chicken sando (so yummy!), Wagyu, beef bavette, oysters, and olives. The bavette's sauce was especially good. Menza was welcoming from the beginning and very personable. Already told my friends about this place and plan to come again!
