“I'm so glad to have found this spot in the South Bay. The bagels are charmingly unsymmetrical and have a great chew and nice exterior. For those who like whole wheat bagels and toppings, the sesame wheat bagel is a fantastic option, though I also loved the pumpernickel/rye combo--took some of each to go for later in the week. This time (my second visit in 2 weeks) I had a bagel sandwich with omelette - #19 with avocado and all kinds of vegetable goodies, plus egg & cheese. Yum! I've had NY city bagels freshly made and while these aren't those, I can be happy eating these now. Love that it's not a chain. It's also great to see they're busy. I hope they keep up the great work.“

“The bagel here is smallish but delivers good texture with an understated taste that allows the cream cheese to be the star, which it is. The coffee is just average.
No seating indoors but lovely seating outside in a park-like setting.“

“I was greeted with a smile and asked how I was doing…they waited for my response and genuinely wanted to know.
As I waited for my order, they greeted the next person and asked how they were doing…they knew their regulars and helped them get out the door and on with their day.
I was able to take time to look at the menu and when I ordered they asked clarifying questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted.
Just a little quiet spot off a busy street that brings the community together for their breakfast and lunch needs.
Parking: Parking before 9am, no charge!
Wheelchair accessibility: No step downs and stairs up. Right off the sidewalk.“

“2 out of 3 times my bagel was toasted just right (one time was burned). Those are pretty good odds. If you get there early, the bagels are still warm from being freshly made and are even more delicious. They are generous with the schmear, which is nice compared to other places that are stingy with it. There is a cozy dining area, which is just right for eating my bagel while still waking up.“

“Went to get breakfast here with my boyfriend yesterday morning. We’re both big fans of the bagel sandwiches they sell here, but I was extremely impressed with the two young gentlemen’s services and their polite and kind mannerism. Even though it was a busy Friday, they were both being super friendly to everyone and were working very hard, which I love to see!“

“I moved to Santa Clara about 5 years ago and this is the ONLY bagel shop we ever go to!! The food is fantastic, always fresh ingredients and delicious bagels. The staff is always so friendly, nice, and helpful.
But my favorite thing on the entire menu is the Vietnamese Iced Coffee!!! This is a little known hidden gem, but Cramer's Bagels proudly offers the most delicious iced coffee available on the entire planet. I simply do not go to Starbucks anymore. The flavor and energy is unmatched!
Basically if there was a rating higher than 5 stars I would give it. You won't be disappointed!“

“This place is one of the best bagel places in town. Their cream cheese is very fresh, bagels are always fresh and yummy and the owners greet you with a smile and fast service. It is also never crowded, so you are in and out in less than 5 mins.“

“So yummy and fresh! We love the cinnamon crunch bagel! It must be popular because they often run out. But no worry, we plan ahead now and wait for them to make them fresh for us! They often throw in an extra for the wait! Yesterday, I tried the “Veggie Avocado” bagel sandwich... omg so good!!“

“This Cambodian couple has been pumping out fresh hot and delicious donuts and more for years. They continue to keep it simple and done just right. I love the additions like Banh Mi, Huge Croissants, Bagels, and even curry leaves that they grow themselves. The donut holes were like tiny pillows, so decadent. She was so kind to let me have an extra donut, extra points for that!“

“This is the best donut store in the neighborhood - doubly good in that I don't have to worry about long lines like at Stan's donuts - this is my go to donut house! Prices are up - butter croissant is more like bread - so not light“

“My mobile order was not ready. One of the employees was rude when I was trying to ask for help. The second employee was very helpful and got me on my way. Maybe it has been busy before I got there, but not when I was there. Had I not already paid I would have left.
Update: I gave Noah's bagels another chance. My order was ready. I was greeted when I entered. A much better experience!“

“Please ignore the 1 Star review. They think it’s a scam and it’s not. I used TooGoodToGo to purchase pretzel dogs and the deal was 3 pretzel dogs for $9.99. I figured I was going to get day-old pretzel dogs, but they made them fresh and I was floored. I have used Toogoodtogo for other places, and it would either be day-old or some thing they made in the morning that I was picking up in the evening for other places I tried, but Mountain View Pretzel Dog was fresh and the pretzel hotdogs were tasty. I couldn’t believe what a deal I got. Out of all the places I tried in the app, This was the best one. Pretzels are as good as Auntie Anne’s but just not as buttery. I would definitely buy from them again.“

“Came in for large coffee and bacon, egg and cheese on plain bagel. Coffee was strong which I like and bagel was a delight: toasted with bacon fried just right( I don't like crisp, crunchy bacon). Bit into a freshly made puffy bagel and took a drink of hot coffee. Simple but very delicioso for me. There are only 2 dine-in customers besides myself. Majority of customers just order takeout. Cost me $10 something for my bagel and coffee. They have breakfast bagels, spread on bagels, bagel sandwiches, espresso drinks, smoothies and milk tea. Convenient location with Safeway, Ross and other businesses in lot. Across the street from Central library.“

“Very polite hospitable, whether you like donuts or sandwiches you can have yours freshly made there just the way you like it, The donuts are fresh and And they don't have that greasy aftertaste, if you like lemongrass tea that's available, as well as coffee and there are refrigerated drinks as well.
Vegetarian options: For example when you having your sandwich made let him know exactly what you like on your sandwich and they'll be happy to do that. Real nice options tomatoes, avocados, lettuce, and some others to choose from.“

“Have had multiple meals from there and never been disappointed. Their teas/juices are great. They even stayed open late when I was walking by so I could get dinner :) The staff are always very friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Must walk up stairs to get in building. Not sure how would one would get in if they had limited mobility or were in a wheelchair.“
“Nice, local, family owned donut shop. They have all the "standard" donuts one would find - old fashioned, bear claws, french twists, cakes, etc. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. Always nice to take a morning walk and swing by for some tasty donuts.“

“We eat here fairly often as we live nearby. Bagels are yummy and lightweight. My only qualm is with the cream cheese. We like to grab a mini tub of jalapeño cream cheese but it’s so disappointing seeing it half full? Would be nice to see this improved moving forward. Also would love to see a non-pork alternative for breakfast sandwiches such as plant based patty or turkey bacon added to the breakfast sandwich options for those of us that don’t eat pork.“
