“Stopping by McCoy station is must for us on a skiing day. Spacious dining area and friendly service.
I recommend soups, it's not expensive (comparing to $17 Pizza), and you got free bread.
It's easy to access everywhere from McCoy station.“

“Now, this place is something special. It's right by the water and the dishes are amazing. Each course is a culinary delight. The chef really knows how to work with flavor!
Plus, the wait staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful.“
“FREE! Really like parking here and using it as "a home base" for our ski day. Small lot fills quickly, but you can drop off skiers close to the lifts and find ample parking along side of road. We bring a picnic lunch and usually manage to get a closer spot at lunchtime. The Mill Cafe has decent food choices, too.“

“It’s the only option at main lodge after 5pm. The food is really overpriced but fine. They’re understaffed severely, so can’t cope with having to feed everyone at the hotel, which is really shortsighted on management. Expect a long wait to be seated. There should be a to-go or grab and go option at least. They also ran out of the only vegetarian option on the menu by 7pm…
Huge shout out to our server Koa, who was working 5x as hard as everyone else and keeps things running.

“The Mill is our go-to for a midday break from the slopes. The bartenders here are fantastic – friendly, attentive, and always make us feel welcome.
The pulled pork and tri-tip sandwich is absolutely delicious. Perfectly seasoned, tender, and just what you need to refuel before heading back out. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the ideal spot to recharge.
We stop here every time we're at Mammoth, and it never disappoints. Highly recommend!“

“Bloody Marys are masterfully crafted, perfectly peppery, and just the right amount of spiciness. The Mill is the perfect on mountain spot to grab a drink and hang out in a lounge chair. I got an order of the chili cheese fries and was pleasantly surprised!While there's not a lot of indoor seating, there's plenty of outdoor hightops by the bar that open up quickly as well as patio tables and lounge chairs closer to the lifts.“

“We walked in on Christmas Eve, understandably busy and waited for an open table around 45 minutes. Host did such a great job on that busy night. Food was absolutely delicious and came out real fast! We absolutely devoured the brisket fries! Meatloaf was great and flavorful, nice smoked flavor from the grill and a classic cozy beef bourguignon. We had a great time.“

“The menu offers a long list of wonderfully prepared items. Service was impeccable. Our server, Ryan, is super friendly and entertaining. The manager (0wner?) is very friendly and welcoming. Our friends of many years claim it was the best meal we have ever had together. Thanks for making our evening a real pleasure.“
