“Last week I was traveling through LA on my way to Santa Barbara. I had some time to kill so I looked up Poke. Came across this amazing place! I am admittedly new to Poke. The staff took good care of me and I wound up having such a hard decision. I think the spicy Poke might have been might absolute favorite. I can’t wait for my next trip to LA so I can stop there again!“

I can’t say enough how incredibly delicious this restaurant was. I called my friend, Dan R (Legendary, Venice, Photographer, and the world ) for a recommendation on some delicious Mexican food. He laughed and said Tacomiando (why he was laughing just delivered him food from the restaurant… he said this is definitely the best in the area and he was not mistaken. This food from the cleanliness of the restaurant to how nice and helpful the staff was I always judge a restaurant on their chips. As well, I can honestly say these chips were incredible along with everything I’ve tried. I almost forgot to mention they’re incredible salsa bar. Hope you can see in the photo, but it was quite extensive. ✨🤩😍

“Great tacos- super tasty, good price, has every side/ addition you could want. there’s even music playing. Has an organized ordering line and the chefs and staff were very friendly and attentive. So happy I ran into this walking to Vons. Has a few stools to sit on if you want to eat there. A table or two would be nice since gets pretty crowded but eating on the parking barrier on the side of the road w everyone still a vibe you know“

The sauce was spicy as it should and the onion cured with serranos was perfect for eating alone like a taco. We had asada, buche and chorizo ​​and it didn't disappoint. “Solid tacos nearby LAX! I do think other places in LA prob give more pastor and tastes a bit better but their meats were solid. I also got their tripa and they made it extra crispy for me and it was pretty good. $3 per taco which is on the higher end and also they do not make their own tortillas. “Both the Asada and Encebollado de res (beef with onions) were great. I'd never encountered encebollado de res before. The al pastor was also awsome, but it was very different from what I normally think of as al pastor. I'm almost tempted to say that it wasn't really al pastor. It was delicious though. I highly recommend it. The chicken taco was very well cooked, and nice and juicy, but would have benefited from some more seasonings or a marinade or something. Still good though.“

“Great asada and al pastor tacos!! Friendly service. Went on a Wednesday around 1pm. 3 people had already ordered ahead of me and 3 people ordered right after me, so I felt good about the truck having plenty of customers.

I'd had asada tacos at Baja for $1.50 each on Tuesday and was curious to see how they compared.

This place won by a landslide. I ordered 2 asada and 2 al pastor tacos. The tacos still only cost $2.50 each and all sorts of meats. The pickled carrot, onion, and jalapenos were ? as were the grilled onions and chile. Green sauce better than Baja as well!! Also came with 2 generous lime wedges, radish, cucumber, and some corn chips.

Flavor of tacos was good but everything else on the plate is what made it phenomenal. All the flavors combined ??

Definitely try this place. I had to wait maybe 10-15 minutes after ordering, but it was worth it. You can tell he cooks with love and passion.“

The first thing I noticed was how clean it was.
I was now anxious to have my fave food in life - beef tacos! THEY WERE out of this world.
Our entire family enjoyed the food & a quaint ambience. The Coffee is excellent as well.
I give this “Young Kid Shop”’ 5 stars! Because, if it is not on the Menu, I would bet my life Miss NADIA would not only make it, it would be absolutely delicious!

This place has one of the best pastor tacos in LA. Their meats are well seasoned and are not dry. Their salsas have great flavor and heat.

The lines can be long but it is worth the wait. You just can't beat this place when it comes to taste, quality, and price.“
