“I love Jersey mikes but this was my first time at this location. The service was slow, but they were trying and were pleasant. They over charged me and I didn't notice until I was home 20 minutes away. The charged me for a regular sub when I got a mini, so I am a little salty about that.“

there is a shorter, a little older, extremely kind, woman who works there and has for many years. She was there back when I was living out of the area and my visits home she would let me practice my (awful) Spanish to order my sandwich so I wouldn't forget (since I lived where there were virtually ZERO Spanish as a first language speaking people 🤦🏼‍♂️). Now that I'm home, and i order it through the app mostly, she always makes me feel confident in knowing my sandwich is going to be exactly what I ordered and never misses a chance to say "hola" as I pick up and go. She not only deserves to be recognized as an amazing employee - she deserves a raise. I would go out of the way to get a sandwich from her, as opposed to any other subway or sandwich shop.
