I'm more than happy to go to the counter and pick up my food, but with so many empty tables I should be able to sit down and place my order with a waiter rather than stand up after an exhausting day. The cashier that spends 5 minutes telling personal stories to every customer (while serving her friends in line food samples) should be out taking orders. Great burgers. Poor service.“
