“THIS PLACE SLAPS!!! We got the big mck smash burgers, the rockfish sandwich, and the Korean salmon kimchi bowl and scarfed it down in 10 mins. The fries were also so good (chewy and crispy at the same time, reminds me of A&W fries) and the Korean bowl packed a really nice spice punch that keeps you coming back. Owners were so nice!! Overall amazing food and now we regret not adding on the fish and chips smh.“

“We love the pizza at this Smug's location. This place has the nicest staff, the best pizza crust and toppings, and pretty good deals. Even stopping in for a quick slice is the way to go. The Spicy Luau pizza is our favorite with the jalapeño and pineapple toppings. Enough spiciness that hits the spot!
We have eaten at the other locations, but the Mckinleyville location is by far the best.“

It was a special anniversary date night. - and this place was amazing. Yes, crab fat wings appetizer are a must -& we shared a nightly special of lamb chops, accompanied by delightful blue cheese mashed potatoes, & tasty, asparagus, cooked to perfect perfection. We topped it off with the most delicious creamy decadent dessert of a white chocolate crème brûlée that we have ever tasted! Will definitely be back and are highly recommending this place! Probably good to have reservation as it is a small venue.“

“Bayside is such a hidden gem! Their lattes are fantastic and their food is so delicious! It’s made with local and organic products whenever possible and the best part is that it leaves you feeling satisfied, full and feeling great. They’re my favorite breakfast spot in all of Humboldt but they make delicious lunches too. If you haven’t checked them out yet, you totally should!“

“Unfortunately, there are very few cafes with a nice atmosphere, friendly service, and above all, great tasting food and coffee anymore. Familia has all of these things. My breakfast sandwich was really delicious, and my latte was just as good. I didn’t feel like I was bothering the staff with my presence, and the music was great. Plus it’s a great spot for people watching and the interior is so pretty.“

“Nice cafe in the library, they have an array of food during the day and drinks. They have a nice tea selection and pretty good hours. I wish they were open later, but the market place isn't far if you need food/drink after 8 so its not that bad.“
