“Most donut shops. I go to are a little bit messy and unorganized. This one is a completely opposite, very nice atmosphere. Super clean organized. They have freshly squeezed orange juice, baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, Energy drinks. Both ladies were amazing, super friendly professional, highly recommend this place.

“This is a fantastic donut shop. Their donuts are made fresh in house everyday. They have a huge selection of donuts & pastries. Plus a bunch of different sandwiches on croissants and beagles. It’s family owned and their donuts are fairly price and they are huge. I love their Apple Fritters and their cronuts. I love there custard filled donut holes but they sell out of them fast. This has to be one of the best family owned donut shop in the bay. Oh and they are open 24 hrs so you can get your late night sugar crave on“

“I recently visited Happy Donuts Redwood City, a charming local spot known for its freshly made donuts. The moment I bit into one, I could tell these were crafted with care—the donuts were wonderfully fluffy, light, and had just the right amount of sweetness. They tasted exactly how you'd hope a homemade donut would, with a comforting and satisfying texture that speaks to the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the bakers.

However, I did notice that the presentation could use a little polish. While the taste was spot on, the donuts lacked that visual appeal that often elevates the experience. “I can not express how amazing this place is. I am not from California, and I do not eat donuts all that often. However, the donuts are so light when you eat them. I also had a breakfast sandwich, which was beyond amazing. I did not write this review off of going there a couple of times, but more than a couple of times. I was in town for business and did not expect to fall in love with them and eat there every morning. If you are from CA, you may no better, but for me, they were beyond amazing and worth eating every day!“

“After being disappointed by the donuts served at the Daly City location, which were deflated and bland, I sought out the Krispy Kreme donuts I remember; round and full of flavor. The Mountain View location's donuts absolutely lived up to those expectations. Even at 10PM at night, which is when we came to the drive thru, they were fresh and tasted amazing. The Pac-Man donuts they are serving right now are also incredibly cute! I'm not sure what happened with the Daly City location, but the Mountain View location has the Krispy Kreme quality I truly crave, both with their food and their service. They're no artisan donuts, but they're bound to fulfill your appetite for a sweet treat. 4/5.“

“Dunkin in Redwood City does it right! Totally like an original DDs. I lived over 20 years in Boston where DDs is on every third corner lol. I always loved the consistency in taste and the great prices for coffee and bagels with cream cheese. Now I love also their iced green tea. What a delight. The first DDs in our area in San Carlos just didn’t get it right. I was thrilled with this one in Redwood City. Wonderful service and great donuts and bagels.“

“The seniorita bread was FRESH out of the oven. I ate one immediately and burned my fingers but it was worth it. It was the perfect amount of sweetness and butter and so soft and pillowy. I will be coming by more often.It's baffling that this place is rated less than 4.5 stars. I think most of the reviews are from people who have never even been here, or are just upset about being asked to wear a mask, which is ridiculous considering the store is very small and it is not a bad precaution to require.Either way, when I came here, I was not asked to wear a mask. Although they do ask only one customer or party inside at a time, again- not a bad precaution since the place is very small. I personally would not want to be rubbing elbows with people in such close distance, pandemic or not, it's more about personal space for me.I guess people are unlucky or sensitive when it comes to their service here, because I was helped by a woman who was extremely kind. She even asked if it was ok that the 12 piece senorita bread I got was in a bag opposed to a box. Im fine with a bag since I'm gonna inhale the bread within a few days.
