“What can I say about Jack in the Box? It is one of the best hamburger chains around. In my opinion, it is far superior to McDonald's or Burger King. I first ate at a Jack in the Box when I transferred to San Diego, CA in 1980. Jack in the Box was just on the West Coast in those year, but I had heard about it even while living back east. It was love at first bite for their hamburgers and fries! The menu has expanded quite a bit over the years and it is still great food at very reasonable prices. Love their numerous breakfast options (available any time), burgers, curly fries, and their unique tacos. In addition to the West Coast states, Jack in the Box now has locations in Colorado, the Southwest and select locations in the Southeast and Midwest. I hope it expands more in the future. The entire USA deserves Jack in the Box. I am lucky to live in a city covered by many Jack in the Box restaurants.“

“I had a great experience at Adobo Taco and Grill. The restaurant is located in a plaza with ample parking. I visited on a busy Wednesday afternoon and found the restaurant relatively small with limited tables, so I had to share a big table with other customers. I ordered a Vampiro de asada with everything: a side of cebollitas and a jalapeño. I ordered two tacos de lengua and a burrito de asada with green sauce inside for my wife and her coworker. Adobo Taco and Grill has a Mexican condiments bar where you can help yourself, with the standout being the caldo pinto beans for your pleasure. This place serves handmade tortillas, which always have a nice touch, and offers agua frescas. When I got my Vampiro de Asada, it looked delicious, especially after I had unwrapped the cebollitas. It was so hot that you could see the steam coming out of the cebollitas. The burrito was a decent size, and both the burrito and tacos were delicious, according to my wife and coworker. If you give this spot a chance, don't forget to order the cebollitas and jalapeño because they're free!“

“Delicious tacos. They provide generous portions at an affordable price. I hope they keep their price and portion sizes the same for as long as possible! I had the al pastor and asada tacos. The meat was not dry and packed with flavor. I appreciate them having a selfserve bar for the onions, cilantro, sauces, and etc. You can make the perfect taco for yourself! Just hope those tongs and ladles are cleaned often. No seating or tables, but there are trash cans. I highly recommend. It hits the spot.“

“I am surprised to not see more people whenever I go eat here, as well as more reviews. I have eaten at this location 4x now and the taste and service has been consistent. They have a good variety of meats and options to choose from. Best part is that they have delicious tacos for only $1! They are small tacos with 2 tortillas, but they are topped well and the salsas do not disappoint. I like the touch of the added chopped cabbage on the taco. I definitely suggest you give this truck a try. $1 tacos everyday!“

“We loved this place for takeout! The cashier/chef was so attentive even though he was the only one working. He even gave us extra consommé. The toppings he included with our tacos were more than we even needed - homemade pickled onion, onion, cilantro and hot sauce. He even packed the dinner perfectly so nothing spilled and everything arrived at the right temperature. Definitely give this place a try!!“

“We were looking for a self-service Taco Bar for a New Year’s Eve party and a friend recommended Chronic Tacos. We had never eaten there before, but decided to give them a call. I spoke with Marco (a manager) and told him what we were looking for and he made some recommendations. It was nice that we were able to pick up the food at 7pm, as they were open later than most restaurants on New Year’s Eve. Marco assured us that the food would be hot and freshly made and it was, including the tortillas (yum). The food was amazing and everyone loved it! The quality and presentation were top notch & Marco’s customer service was fantastic, as was the staff when I picked up the food. They helped me load the food into my car. Marco made us feel comfortable that everything would be as promised and ready one hour before our party started. And it was! We will be using Chronic Tacos in the future and I will be asking for Marco.“

“Such great home style cooking. This place really brings you back to real and comfort cooking.What we purchased- I ordered the menudo. Whenever your sick, fresh bowl of menudo does the trick. That’s what I got. It was so flavorful. The tripe is so fresh and perfect. It doesn’t have any hominy which is the best because I don’t like it. I’m more of meat and soup kind of person. So this was perfect.- Birria combo plate! Perfect!! My husband ate this. It was soo much food and also great for left overs.- Ham and egg taco. It was so nice of the server and the chef in the back to make my toddler ham and egg taco. My toddler devoured it. So he really liked it.- Side of rice and beans. My toddler loves rice and beans. The pickled onions... my only comment is that oregano should be an accent to enhance flavor... it shouldn't be oregano juice with pickled onions. less is more. When the herb is overpowering an onion? It's a bit much. It's too much. And make it an OPsandwichtortas or burritos especially when prime cuts are being ordered. That oregano would kill the suave of any meat.. .(PS - i Love Oregano)

Huge portions on the fries and the pizza was probably a average medium. I had the pork belly which was flavorful and delicious. I'm super picky on my pastor, so these weren't my favorite, though they were very good. The waffle fries were wonderfully crispy. My favorite was the pizza. It was crispy, flavorful, and freaking delicious. They're open until 11 pm and when we left there was a decent group of people waiting. The chef said that if there's a line they keep serving. Now, that's dedication. They also own the barber shop, so maybe check that out if you need a cut. I'll be back for sure. The food was on point and their customer service was fantastic. “I’ve been to this place 4-5 times with an empty stomach and by far, the food has always been delicious and worth it. I always get the Perro taco and it’s pretty stacked and good. The pricing for the combos are pretty fair and leaves you full but not super bloated full. The reviews below have mentioned stale chips in their combos but mine were fine.“
