“Everyone in the office loves these tacos and never leftovers found the store through cater website but them get in touch directly with the store. They are on time with delivery, reply email or phone call to assist you quickly if you need help with your order.Vegetarian options: 100 % vegetarian options and vegans as I need for some coworkers.“
“Incredibly fresh fish place. Looking at market prices and catch of the day, but everything on the menu you know will be fresh. Pretty stacked line at anytime you come so be prepared to wait. Ceviche good, tacos great, and plenty of outside seating, you just have to be on the prowl.“
“What to say!? This spot has got it all. Indoor eating with beautiful art on the wall, delicious food and an extensive wine menu to try. I ordered and lives their large pozole (pictured) which is a red pork or chicken stew with a rich broth. They also serve delicious horchata. I'm definitely returning!July '22 update: ordered the plantain pastor burrito ($12) and it was delicious. Confirmed as well that the pozole is amazingly rich with flavors of oregano, red onion, hominy and lime“
“Well, I discovered this small place in the heart of San Rafael and pffff I fell in love with the cuisine that led me to remember my mother's food in my beautiful Mexico. I'm sure I'll come back to try more of the menu but today I tried some carnitas and asada picaditas and their super tasty horchata water, I fell in love with this little place“
“Tasty mexican food in North Beach. It was pretty early - like 5:30 pm - and the place was empty, so the orders delivery was fast. We had a burrito (big!) and some tacos with carne asada (portion of three), a cheese enchilada and tacos with guacamole. Everything was really tasty, maybe a little hard to digest (more than other mexican experiences) but I have to say I was really hungry and I ate fast. This food plus two margaritas was like 72$ without tip and I think it’s pretty expensive (it was the most expensive dinner in a almost two weeks trip in and around San Francisco so I think it’s something worth to say). Not so happy with that.Other things: the neighborhood is pretty great, the location is just okay (it doesn’t recall authenticity but it looks more like a franchise fast food); service is a bit cold but kind so nothing to whine about (it’s just an observation). So yeah if you’re hungry, price it’s not a problem and you aren’t looking for a “traditional” kind of thing, this is the place!“
“Just enjoyed the most delicious shrimp tacos. Son had a Kito's burrito and loved it. The homemade tortilla chips were great. Everything tasted really fresh and very flavorful. Tom, the owner, was super friendly. Highly recommend everyone try Kitos!“
“Powell Station is footsteps away making Tropisueno my "go to" restaurant when I am near Union Square. The menu selection is diverse, which is great, but the last 2 times I have eaten there the service has fallen below satisfactory. I am bewildered as to why, seeing that they have far more wait staff than most restaurants.“
“We found this Mexican restaurant while we visited Golden Gate Park and walked to there following google map. Their complimentary chips are freshly cooked, we especially liked the pairing red sauce salsa. It's delicious. I liked the carne asada taco and al pastor taco. The carne asada is seasoned well and grilled tender. The al pastor taco is paired with mango and has a little bit of sweet taste. The portion is generous and the price is affordable. The owner is warm and friendly. It's a great restaurant worth trying.“
“Tacos La Lupita offers an authentic Mexican culinary experience. Their tacos, brimming with vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients, are a must-try. Each bite transports you to the heart of Mexico. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service make it a perfect spot for taco enthusiasts. Highly recommended!“
“Friendly and accommodating service. Requested a few ingredients off my food (no sour cream and their hot red sauce in place of pico de gallo in a Carnitas crispy flat top burrito). They give you options for bean choice and I love refied beans in a burrito! Carnitas were crispy and flavorful. Burrito was crispy and all ingredients tasted really good and fresh! Their red sauce is really good. I am dead inside so it did not feel spicy to me, but if you are not a fan of spicy sauce you can customize your order. Most importantly and what made me love this burrito is that there is not an overwhelming rice stuffed burrito! I am from Southern California and we are not down with rice burritos, sorry SF locals, that is just not my thing. So if you want a burrito that is mostly protein (meat and beans) this place is a great choice. Service was quick food portions are great and in my opinion well worth the price especially in this area. Will definitely come back and try other dishes in this cozy corner of Lower Nob Hill! Buen Provecho and Tip your lovely Service Peeps!“
“My favorite taqueria in the area, and I’ve tried almost all of them. They have a self serve salsa bar and the orange chipotle sauce is very yummy. I don’t even like prawns but I like the prawn burrito. They have the best chips of any of the taquerias IMO.“
“Came in for the first time for taco Tuesday yesterday and had the Al pastor and Baja fish tacos, they were delicious. Sounds like there’s at least a new chef and new manager, I can’t compare to previous mgmt but this new chef rocks! Bartenders were nice too. I’ll definitely be back :)“
“This is everything you want from fast casual Cal-Mex, with extensive huevos options that will cure your hangover and keep you going all day. What really sets it apart is the rotisserie chicken, the tenderest and tastiest you will ever find. You can get it with tortillas and sides for a full family dinner to go, or you can do what I did and pull all that tender meat off the bones and then boil them into a wonderful broth and put the meat back with some vegetables for the most robust and healing chicken soup ever.“
“Always an amazing experience here! The people are kind and always get the order right. The burritos will run you about $12 but huge and I can always get two meals. I ask for them to cut it in half and bag it separately. That way i take half to work or something else. Street parking only“
“Chisme Cantina is a small place but the food is excellent. The Jack Fruit Taco was tasty and delicious with a multitude of flavors, including Cilantro sauce. The homemade Flan was delicious and not too sweet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our group of five. Will definitely be going back for more!“
“Shame on me for not reviewing this earlier, considering how many times I have been here. I can't attest to the breakfast, though I have had their french toast and pancakes and both were hella bomb. As for food, I always always only order panuchos. They are well known for their poc-chuc (pork marinated in OJ). Their meat, as my friend puts it well, taste like it has been marinated for days. It is so flavorful and juicy. There is just no reason for me to eat mexican food anymore, though to be fair, I am indifferent about Mexican food, and this kind of cuisine can be considered different. The corn base they use for their panuchos is divine, it is deep fried and spread with their black bean puree. They put their pickled onions, and their veggies along with your choice of meat. Speaking of which, their refried black beans is divine. I freak out whenever, people leave that on their plate. It is such a rich and flavorful dish. I always feel really good after eating it, in the way, that you may have had a hearty soup made by your mom, kind of way. I like the pickled onions and all the garnish and veggies they put on. I really have to try their other dishes, but my god, panuchos always hits the spot no matter what when I am hungry. The juicy meat, the crunch of their pickled onions, add both sharp and refreshing qualities to their food, with the heartiness but not heaviness of say, Mexican cuisine.“
“They were quick. As soon as you pay, a few min your order is ready. Great team work. Only 3 staff. It was so hot standing outside in the SF Fleetweek heatwave. Can you imagine those in fighter planes? Back to my grilled chicken regular burrito. So tasty, lots of meat, and the still warm chips (complimentary, thank you). I only ate half and ate up all the chips. Their green sauce is not really spicy at all. Need two of them. Super burrito had a lot more ingredients. Next time. Maybe its me, i've become de-sensitized with the surroundings. Not good. Girl got to eat. Businesses need us. If you walk southeast side of Mission between 8th and 9th st, the urban alchemy protects that side. You see their safety vest or walkie-talkie.“
“One of my favs for healthy dining. The Ahi Poke Wasabi Bowl is my go to dish and it checks all the boxes for an excellent post work out meal (healthy, tasty and fulfilling). Be sure to ask for extra sauce (a wasabi soy vinaigrette) and you'll be glad you did.Vegetarian options: Lots of menu items, so check out the online menu before you go.Dietary restrictions: The menu is broad and easy to tailor according to one's needs. In addition, Pacific Catch is more than willing and able to accommodate your request if it is within reason.Parking: Parking depends on the location. The Stanford Shopping Center has plenty of parking. The Chestnut Street (San Francisco) location is challenging street parking.Kid-friendliness: The Standford location is very kid friendly. San Francisco is so so.Wheelchair accessibility: Both locations are street level. Stanford is more wheelchair friendly as the layout is enormous. San Francisco is just the opposite.“
“Service 5/5 friendly and helpful Food 5/5 (though their pollo asado didn't look appetizing)Prices 5/5 honestly unbelievable for San Francisco Ambiance 3/5 - not in a good neighborhood, full of people blocking the entrance you have to be ok with talking to strangers to enter and maybe having some unpleasant dialogue. Honestly tho I'm from nyc and it felt kind of like home.I ordered a super taco bowl with the pollo en salsa roja and this thing was massive, basically a taco salad in a little plastic box. It comes with the crema which is the best part and the guy gave me queso fresco (not sure if that is normal or he was being nice.) I took it to go and ate it on the way to the sunset but this thing was massive and I honestly recommend enjoying it sitting down somewhere that's not inside the tiny hole in the wall storefront. The staff was really sweet and bilingual, clientele was a mix of Spanish and English which is always a good sign. If you're already in the neighborhood give it a go.“
“So fresh, the ingredients speak for themselves, complimented by tasteful accoutrement. Agua Fresca is no added sugar which was refreshing. The ceviche with salmon was unique, memorable with its mild use of orange for the acid, fantastic. The trout complimented the delicate dressing of the salad as expertly recommended by the cashier. Cool staff, fun space, drink while you wait!“
