“My favorite Mexican restaurant in the area! Impeccable dishes with rich flavor and high quality ingredients, amazing cocktails, fantastic service, and a lovely interior with a couple of outdoor tables for sunny days. My favorites are the green enchiladas, chicken mole, and plantains - but everything we’ve had here has been incredible. I’m always shocked by how uncrowded this place is - people are seriously missing out!“
“Great tasting tacos! Very accommodating if you don't like a specific topping, they'll take it off. I'm from San Diego originally and this has got to be one of the closest tasting tacos to that of San Diego's delicacy. It's hard to find a good taco in the Bay, but this is it.“
“We were on a Breakfast Burrito binge. We were trying as many top-rated breakfast burritos as possible. We came across this place while waiting for another place. This place was better than the rest!!! Absolutely great!!! Go here as good, if not better, than all the other top-rated burrito places. They got our order wrong, but it's still AMAZING!!! I asked for toasted and Acado instead of guacamole. But they did not toast and put guacamole.“
“Incredibly delicious, affordable, and filling rice triangles. I love stopping by to order here whenever I’m in the area. The food is delicious and a perfect meal. Personally, 2 rice triangles fills me up just right, I get the teriyaki chicken ones personally.“
“We really enjoyed the new location on College Ave near Ashby! The service was great and the food was even better than I remembered! Parking was available on the street but we also found out from the staff that there is public parking behind the buildings.“
“Sitting at the park bench at a smog shop on San Pablo, THIS is the gritty, urban, off- Gourmet Gulch affordable and lovingly made $3 taco experience you need to break out of the bubble. Slow simmered marinated chicken with a dollop of grilled onions, cut-up radishes what's not to like? Go there late enough for free side show entertainment! Across the street from this building north of Ashby...“
