Beef brisket & tendon and 双皮奶 (milk curd) were fantastic. Noodles were slightly too salty. Friendly service. Small portion sizes but don’t really mind it for the price.

Nom Nom Bistro is popular and offers a limited menu that lets them focus on what they do well. Most dishes tasted good, with beef brisket & tendon and 双皮奶 (milk curd) described as fantastic. Wontons are great, and the choice of noodle is a plus, especially the classic thin egg noodle. Noodles can be slightly too salty, and the stuffed bittermelon was disappointing, lacking flavor and with a mushy, pasty meat filling. Portions are small, but reasonable for the price. Friendly service, though the wait can be long on weekend lunch. The egg tart custard melts in your mouth, and the HK milk tea is not too sweet. Overall, would recommend.
