“I've tried all of the Turkey sandwiches, including the Bobbie and Hot Bobbie. They all are excellent. They roast whole Turkeys every day! Like Thanksgiving only better because we don't have to do it at home or wait for Thanksgiving. The staff are all very friendly and easy going. Get the Capriotti's App for points and discounts. Atmosphere is good, a little small, food was great, the only thing that really bothered me were the tables, the wood felt sticky, like yrs of old polish on them, they should consider tablecloths cause otherwise you might think the tables need to be cleaned.“

“This subway and I have a long history I'll be as bold as to say I worked for the original owner in 04 I don't really have anything bad to say about visits to this one the staff is always nice and puts out a good product I come her on occasion i have a routine reason to be in the area Soo I generally grab a bite when I'm close“

I asked if a table could be cleaned and the young lady cleaned them all. By the time I left the floor hadn't been swept. It was a great sandwich, but if it looks like it did the first time, I'll go somewhere else.“

“Moved out of state so it's been years since I've been here, glad I gave it a shot for breakfast! The garden eggs breakfast was just right, with the spinach and veggies still fresh and flavorful. Had the cranberry orange muffin to ho with a bottomless freshly brewed coffee. Muffin was a tad bit sweeter but oh so moist and delicious! 😋 🧁 Service was great, all friendly smiles. “I recently visited Jersey Mike's at the New Haven Marketplace in Ontario Ranch and was thoroughly impressed. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the place is spotless. A big shout out to AnnMarie for being so persistent and very helpful, especially when she caters our safety meetings for 40+ drivers. Her dedication and assistance make every experience fantastic. Highly recommend this location for great service and tasty subs!

“Stopped by around 11 am to grab a sandwich for lunch. Parking was t too bad it’s shared with 6-7 other food places. There were a few patrons and you could they were also working in online orders. But girl was quick to ask for my order and squeeze it into the line. Different guy finished putting my sandwich together. I asked for it Mikes way but that I would be eating it in 4 hours. They kindly put the ‘juice’ in a small container to go so I could I add it later vs getting the sandwich soggy. Great food.“

“Firstly I just have to say, this was my first time ever eating anything from a Firehouse Subs, and I must admit I was not disappointed. When I first entered the establishment I was greeted by a very kindly lady with red hair, and then eventually I was aided by an even kinder lady, I believe her name was Alyssa or something of the like. After I placed my order the wait for my food was brief, yet plentiful in terms of allowing me time to enjoy the firefighter/titular firehouse ambience. I ordered the Spicy Cajun Chicken Sub and ate half of it dining in, and then half the day after, and somehow it tasted even better the next day!! Overall I'd highly recommend this establishment!“

“I wanted to take a moment and point out that this location has consistently done a great job of making their sandwiches celiac friendly. They have knowledgeable and courteous staff that take the time to prepare a gluten free sandwich in a separate area free from cross contamination. They use separate utensils and equipment, including condiments, deli meats, and veggies.“

“This is in a good location inside the hospital cafeteria. They sell sandwich, soup, cookies etc. They have wide variety of bread choices. They are open until midnight. So if you or your love ones are here this is a good option to have. The place is clean and well maintained. There is a restroom close by. The staff was ok. I would definitely recommend this place.“

“REALLY NICE SANDWICH DUDE! I came in on a late Thursday night and the gentleman running the place (BY HIMSELF) had a fantastic attitude and demeanor! He was busy but never got flustered or agitated. He was very professional and handled my sandwich with care. I ordered The Boss and it was delicious, one of the best sandwiches I've had at this franchise.

My only issue is that the guy ran out of a lot of veggies and other sandwich items. My parents missed out on several needed ingredients and they noticed the flavor was missing from their sandwiches because of it. The guy was upfront about the issue and it's somewhat understandable. He's probably dealing with a weak manager who doesn't properly stock the store, it's not his fault.

We also got some drinks and my parents missed out on getting Diet Coke from the fountain (they also ran out of that lol). The guy made it up to us though and gave us some bottled Diet Cokes since we already paid. Like I said, he was wonderful! I felt right at home at this Subway and the vibes were immaculate.

This Subway is close to several hotels and the Rancho Cucamonga/Ontario hub. It's connected to a gas station but it's not part of it! This Subway is exceptionally clean.“

“They have remodeled this Subway with a fresh look and brighter lights. Not all Sandwich artists are great but Sara is an excellent Subway employee. They dont always have all the Bread selections but overall a decent experience. They do carry limited Veggie patties.“

“Whenever I am on shift and want a sandwich, I go to Jersey Mike's. I love their fresh subs and ingredients. My only complaint would be that I have to pay 1.25 extra for gluten-free bread. Paying extra for an allergy I didn't ask for kinda stinks. But, the food is very good and I love my no. 13 Italian.
