“Great small sandwich shop. Been coming here for a while. Have not tried the burgers, plates, or bowls. Fairly simple lunch shop where you can get something decent to eat. Not good for large groups, but if you have a work meeting you want to get food for, imagine that what they prepare would be enjoyed. Staff was fine. Parking, counter, seating and entrance accessible, plenty of parking, not hard to get to or leave.“

“See, normally i wouldnt write reviews for a sandwich chain... but i felt like this was a place that I needed to review. The person who took my order was this young lady named Diana. She was so kind and attentive not to mention very personable, as we had a great conversation. She was also very helpful because she was very knowledgeable about the different options. All of the subways in Irvine and OC in general are a joke because a lot of them have terrible customer service but Diana was the first good Subway employee in a while. Will continue to come back whenever I'm in the area.“

“I used to drive to DTLA for my pinatas. Not anymore, I met Maurilia and when she did our first piñata for our babys 1st Ducky theme birthday I fell in love. She has an amazing hand in detailing the piñatas and has earned a loyal customer. I recently asked if she could custom make a dinosaur piñata that I liked on Etsy, she did such an amazing job it looked just like the picture. “I have a gluten allergy and the entire staff worked to ensure no cross contamination. They cleaned the slicer, sliced my sandwich on parchment away from the regular cutting board and used clean and different utensils to cut and make my sandwich. They even have udi cookies!“

“REALLY NICE SANDWICH DUDE! I came in on a late Thursday night and the gentleman running the place (BY HIMSELF) had a fantastic attitude and demeanor! He was busy but never got flustered or agitated. He was very professional and handled my sandwich with care. I ordered The Boss and it was delicious, one of the best sandwiches I've had at this franchise.

My only issue is that the guy ran out of a lot of veggies and other sandwich items. My parents missed out on several needed ingredients and they noticed the flavor was missing from their sandwiches because of it. The guy was upfront about the issue and it's somewhat understandable. He's probably dealing with a weak manager who doesn't properly stock the store, it's not his fault.

We also got some drinks and my parents missed out on getting Diet Coke from the fountain (they also ran out of that lol). The guy made it up to us though and gave us some bottled Diet Cokes since we already paid. Like I said, he was wonderful! I felt right at home at this Subway and the vibes were immaculate.

This Subway is close to several hotels and the Rancho Cucamonga/Ontario hub. It's connected to a gas station but it's not part of it! This Subway is exceptionally clean.“
