“Great experience! Had been trying to visit for sometime! Thank you to Carlos, Isabelle and Mike of course! Food was prepared perfectly. The wings are huge and tasty! Fish and chips on point. Branzino was beautiful. Kitchen is talented and dependable. Don't miss this great place down the stairs off the main drag. It's really a gem. Ample parking below. No hassle and the bar was also a great place and full! Watched the Dodgers win while dining Al Fresco! Who could ask for anything more. Mike be proud of what has been built here and your staff is beyond great! Boom!“

“China Palace is a longstanding venue in lower village Montecito, around the corner from the Vons shopping center and nextdoor Starbucks. They serve conventional Chinese food in their small dining room and street-facing patio. The food is comforting and tasty if not imaginative or special, and the staff are consistently friendly and attentive.“
“Wonderfully situated on State and Mason, The Society presents a wonderful street-side environment in which you may enjoy wine (both in flight and bottle) in which varietals from many a region are offered. And whilst the wine selections are fun and interesting, if you're fortunate enough to be served by Connor - a delightful young man who will treat you as one of his own, the experience will be all the better.
Well worth a stop to imbibe for a lovely afternoon.“
“Came a few days ago and did a mixed tasting flight for $25. Two whites and three reds. Everything was good! We were helped by owner Lenny, who is super personable and friendly! The tasting room is super cute and perfect for enjoying the wines.“
“If I could give Gabi and team 10/10 stars I would. They not only knocked our rehearsal dinner and welcome party out of the park but they are the kindest people you will ever meet. They opened up their business to us like it was their home and their food and wine selection shows. My wife and I are forever grateful to the staff for making such a memorable event that everyone came away from incredibly happy“

“Attended a rehearsal dinner here last week. Atmosphere was lovely and food was awesome. The best part was the staff- I left behind a very expensive pair of sunglasses and woke up the next morning in a panic when I realized they weren't in my bag. I went back by the restaurant and the nicest lady, Tamara, took my number and said she would reach out to the staff to see if anyone had found them. An hour later, she called and had my sunnies! Lot of integrity with their staff and it made my trip!“

“Great venue. Wonderful crowd!“
“We had a fantastic experience at Fox Wine Company. The tasting room is nestled inside the Waterline—a cool, industrial space shared with Topa Topa Brewery, Lama Dog Tap Room, Kiva Cowork, and The Nook Eatery, founded by Master Chef Norbert Guehr. The setup is perfect—guests can enjoy incredible wines and order delicious food from The Nook, which gets delivered right to your table.
A special shoutout to Evett, who made our visit exceptional. He was incredibly informative, professional, and engaging. His knowledge and passion for wine elevated the whole experience, and because of him, we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend! 🍷“

“Another great visit to Jamie Slone Wines. Always an enjoyable experience. Jamie and Kym are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I always learn something new as an aspiring vinophile!
And then there are the wines. Everything I've had at JSW is amazing.
Be sure and stop by when you are in Santa Barbara. You won't be disappointed!“

“My favorite sandwiches in town! Plus love their fries. I need to come try dinner soon, but I swing by to pick up lunch from here weekly for over a year now. My husband eats gluten, but tried the turkey sandwich one day and now he’s hooked! Can’t even tell it’s gluten free. The bread is so delicious, bacon perfectly crispy! I also love their tuna sandwich. Sometimes I add cheese & make it a tuna melt. We love all there desserts and treats too. Great customer service and if you call it in they have it ready on time every time.“

“Had a long and jacked up trip in to the Santa Barbara area. Had an early supper/dinner at Lure. Happy hour Old Fashions for $10! I did a full three course meal figuring I’d have leftovers. I was wrong. Was so happy I took some chowder to go. Everything was delicious, perfectly prepared and the service was dynamite! Can’t wait to go back!“

“We just came back from Europe last July. We dined in The Ledbury by Chef Brett Graham, and at The Dorchester by Alain Ducasse, also at four different Michelin Star restaurants in Montpellier, and finally at Bistrot64 by Chef Giacomo Zezza and La Pergola by Chef Heinz Beck in Rome. I am not listing all these restaurants to brag but just to make the readers aware that I am a food enhusiast (in my opinion). Dining at Caruso’s again, my impression? The over-all experience was SUPERB! It was really a THREE-Michelin Star experience! Whenever we dine in these kinds of restaurants, I am always searching for the surprise effect in my palate. One of my favorite movies is the cartoon about a Rat Chef, Ratatouille, when he was describing the mélange of food in his palate and fireworks appeared in his mind, and when the scary critic was brought back to his childhood after he had the first bite of this simple peasant dish ratatouille, those are some scenes that come to mind. The meals are like that in Caruso, they are exceptional! Of course, I have to mention the impeccable service of everybody particularly of our main waiter Alejandro and his assistant Ana, and the Sommelier of the night, forgot his name but he looks like Tom Cruise. And the ambiance? Oh, our view was the beautiful pink sunset across the Pacific and the gentle waves of the ocean. Caruso should have attained the Three Michelin Star status already!“
