“The view was phenomenal, a great view of the Pacific Ocean, on Thursday and Sunday a pianist plays there contributing to the ambience, wide open windows and a telescope!

“Perfect nightcap spot. Right inside the Lodge with big windows looking out over the 18th green and Carmel Bay we got there before sunset, grabbed cocktails, and watched the sky change color over the water. Cozy old-school lounge feel, fireplace going, and there was live music in the evening which made it even better. Drinks were excellent and the service was polished without being stiff. It's more of a relax-and-sip spot than a rowdy bar the Tap Room is for that this is where you land after dinner to stretch the night out a little longer. Ended two of our three nights here and regretted nothing. Don't skip it.“

“Food and service was amazing! French onion soup and calamari to start. We both had the hanger steak which blew my mind. Cooked perfectly. Dessert was creme brulee and panna cotta both were amazing. Much more affordable and humble than anything in carmel by the sea and equally good if not better. Will definitely return for dinner again.“
