I was their first customer of the day and got a double double protein style with extra patty. I also added chopped chili and got fries for the side. They made my food quick and it was delicious. “It’s a love-hate relationship. On the plus side they are very responsive and generally consistent. They give a decent sized plate at $16.
Unfortunately they’re using seed oils all over the food.
Food tends to be pretty salty, but not the end of the world . for whatever reason they like being off on Tuesdays.
Dining in is like eating at a hot house. This place is made for takeout. The good part is you get real meat fix. When you replace the vegetable layer with noodles, they really don’t give you the noodles they give you the rice instead of matter what you say. I think they must’ve had meetings about this.”

“Lemmo's grill is a new find for me. What a great place! We were greeted and seated quickly. The food was fantastic and the service was perfect. Calamari was awesome and the marinara sauce that accompanied it was a wonderfully rich and complex. Ordered steak medium rare.....and it was medium rare. It was seasoned perfectly and delicious. The people may have been the best part. Family owned and operated the owners were present, helpful and extremely nice. if you are looking for a big chains and mediocre service and food. Give this place a shot. You will not be disappointed!”

“Got a chance to place an order with Kendall today I couldn’t believe how easy it was we had an eggplant sandwich I had a gobbler burger(turkey) and there were two other meals that I couldn’t even dream of knowing well to pronounce but they were all delicious my gobbler burger came exactly as I wanted when I went to pick it up he was ready so it wasn’t cold perfect. The flavor of the goblin burger was like one of those things were one by just kept welcoming the next they were incredibly friendly we enjoyed washing it down with some good old fashion kombucha… Although I have no idea what all the fashion kombucha is because I only became aware of it two years ago so we’re just going to go with that. But I will say this they were very friendly the service was very good and I’ll go back there again”

“If you are looking for place to dine at westgate, Contis is great place. You will be welcomed by awesome staff and a mesmerizing fridge of cakes... Mango Bravo is definitely one of the best desserts to try at Contis. I just love it!”

“Stopped in for my first time this weekend for brunch and thought it was pretty good overall. Not the best that I’ve had recently, but definitely not the worst. I would classify this place as a little country diner, which is something that I am a big fan of. It’s quite small on the inside, but packed with character and I like how the tables are not too close together. Our server was polite and everything that we ordered came out very fast. Parking in the area is pretty easy, we found a free street spot just around the corner.

I wanted to order one of their most popular dishes, so I chose the Country Fried Steak. I was not a huge fan of the gravy, but I thought the steak was cooked well and I would say that I enjoyed it. I also got a side of Biscuits, which comes with the meal, but I wasn’t the biggest fan of these. They weren’t fluffy or flaky , but more dense. More closer to a muffin. I was also not a big fan of the gravy so I didn’t enjoy that side as much as I thought I would.

Overall, I would definitely give this place another try sometime in the future and would suggest to anyone in the area searching for a little diner to have some breakfast.”

“This is my local starbucks, love these guys. Only down side I see is I love Clover Coffee and they occasionally start my coffee then the barista goes back to making the drinks on the espresso machine and forgets about my coffee. I sometimes have had to remind them to check the clover. But otherwise they are on top of service and products!”

“Cute bakery and restaurant combo. The menu has a nice selection to choose from yet simple. It’s walk up style which is always a bummer for me since the dinning are is large and has so much potential. I dinned in and took some food home as well. For the stay I enjoyed the shrimp cheviche tostadas. It was good but I wish it had more juice to it. The shrimps were kinda dry.
For the to go I got the fajitas mixed and beef sopes. The fajitas could have had more flavor / seasoning to it. Kinda tasted plain. But the portion was large. The sopes were loaded up with meat 🥩 and toppings as well. The sope itself was kinda soggy but it’s to be expected as a to go order but it could have been fired for a bit longer for a more crunchy texture. Over all I’d comeback and try a few more things. The girl up front was friendly and nice with a pleasant voice as well as attitude.”

“My Mom and I were in Moorpark for the afternoon (from Oxnard) and happened, by chance, to land here—glad we did!

All the various meats you could want are on offer, with shrimp and fish dishes available, too. We considered the prices reasonable.

Mom ordered a taco salad; I had a big plate of nachos with the meat on top split: half carnitas and half Chile Verde [no other eatery has made a point of offering me this half & half option, btw].

A well stocked, complimentary, self-serve display of salsas, chips, and marinated vegetables was much appreciated.

Our dishes were promptly brought out to our table. Mom's taco salad was not large to look at, but was packed full—she kept commenting about how delicious and fresh everything was (I agree) and enjoyed her beef. My nachos were loaded: carnitas were crispy, not greasy, and with more flavor than I have experienced at other places; the Chile Verde was succulent and scrumptious with a tangy sauce.

For unpretentious Mexican fare, Taqueria El Tapatio was really a delightful surprise for us. We're not Moorpark locals, but will be back when we can.”

“I love Atost’s aperitifs and I love their customer service. Every holiday season I buy some bottles for coworkers and friends. They are always a hit. This season I purchased 5 bottles but unfortunately FedEx messed up my delivery. Emily, Atost’s event manager, and Kyle, Atost’s founder, were so quick to respond to my email and resolve the shipping/delivery issue. The company goes above and beyond with both their products and their service. I will continue to be a regular Atost customer.”

“When it comes to having a sandwich, Jersey Mike’s is my go to place. The sandwiches are always exceptional and the staff is always pleasant and welcome you into the store. An incident happened today. I bought a chicken salad sandwich (regular) and paid cash, but I forgot to give my phone number so I could get the points. I discovered this when I got home. I called the store and spoke to Ezra. I told her that I forgot to mention my phone number and therefore did not get points for my sandwich. I also didn’t have a receipt. I explained this to Ezra and she put me on hold for a moment to check and see if she could find my order. She was able to locate it as I had a two dollar coupon which was associated with my order. This made it easier to locate. I gave her my phone number and she gave me the credit for my points. I appreciate the time that she took to do this for me even though it was not an urgent request. She certainly goes out of her way to help a customer. Thank you so much, Ezra. I really appreciate it.”
