“This is one of the best Starbucks in the area! I drive 30 minutes just to be able to experience the great customer service. They never get my drink wrong and are super nice workers. Sometimes it does take a while but it’s understandable. The lobby is huge with plenty of tables to study. There is plenty of parking and accessibility. Ashley is one of the nicest baristas there. She always makes me feel welcomed.“
“I just wanted to take the time to comment on the exceptional customer service that Thana provided when I visited the Starbucks located inside the Ralph's in Moorpark, CA. on 9/30/24. She was extremely polite as well as efficient! I don't usually take the time to comment however it is rare to find someone who is so bright with such a good work ethic, I did not want her to go unrecognized!“
“Staff is quick and efficient. This Starbucks is nicely tucked in the immediate right upon entering the store. It’s also nice that it is right off of Highway 23 for convenience, although there is a standalone Starbucks just down the street.“
“It may be a Starbucks kiosk but it is single handedly the best Starbucks in Ventura County. Christine, Rachel, Brea, and the entire barista staff gives amazing and friendly service. And when they make the drinks, the drinks have a flavor. I've been to some Starbucks where the drinks taste overly watered down and flavorless. At this location, you are going to get 5 star drinks and that explode with taste. If you are in the area and need coffee, stop on over. It's inside Vons off of Tierra Rejada and it is amazing!“
“Been in California for about 2 weeks hitting all the national parks for my bucket list cause I have terminal cancer and have months to live. Going to Starbucks everyday while here in CA it has been a nightmare. Made my order wrong 13 out of 15 times. 4 shots over ice ,16oz, 3 raw sugar melted in , not lid or straw. Save planet. This Starbucks was a breath of fresh air. All smiles from the crew of 5. Very polite , and made my order the right way. I know this is what should be their standard but very few places reach this. I Would recommend this Starbucks. @🤙“
