“First time here. Longtime fan of Phil's that relocated to Watsonville. We'll be back. 3 of us ordered the sand dab sandwich. Perfectly prepared. Light crispy coated fresh sand dab on toasted sourdough with shredded lettuce, tomato, thinly sliced red onion, pickles and mayo. Friendly staff and great prices. You won't be disappointed.“

“I don't usually visit food trucks because there are few places to sit and eat on site and this truck is no exception in that regard. It was the first food stop on Airport Blvd from the freeway. They served the best taco's I have ever tasted. Even the tortillas were made right there on site. I highly recommend this taco truck if you don't mind eating in the car or as a take out. You can even order on line if traveling past Watsonville for a grab and go but we chose to order at the window.“

“First time visit. Beautiful place, for that special someone, or your entire family. Fancy. Loved the decor. We decided to try a bit of everything and went for carnitas tacos, pizza and a cheeseburger. We all loved our food, and tasted a bit of what we all had ordered. The food was exceptional. The pizza crust was delicious, toppings tasted fresh, and it had honey on it. A first for me, and I loved it. I went with the Monterrey beer, and it was great! We had the churros for dessert. They were amazing. They were nice and hot, crispy, and smelled great. Isaiah was our waiter, and it was a delight to have him wait on us. All waiters should be like that. Friendly, knowledgeable about the food and beer he is serving, well spoken and what seemed a desire to impress the patrons at this bar/restaurant. We had an awesome experience. Yes, in small town Salinas. I personally can’t wait to go back. Like Salinas’ son, Steinbeck, said: “there’s nothing in the world like the first taste of beer.” And, they have lots of beer.“

“The service was amazing and the food was even better. The place was very clean aswell and the servers made sure you were well taken care of. The server even went as far as to make sure my little boy got a free cup that he liked. Would highly recommend, I would definitely visit again.“

“The server was great but unfortunately I believe they were short staffed. We waited 1/2 hour to have our order taken. Lots of complaints from other tables. Yet, she made up for it by offering us non alcoholic sparkling wine for my bday and a dessert. She was great! We had also ordered room service that day and they brought us the wrong food item and it was missing items also. I just think it is due to short staffing. The food is incredible! My dog highly enjoyed his meals also! He is refusing to eat his normal food now hahaha!“
