“This food is angelic. The staff is also so incredibly kind! I accidentally sent my order to the Palo Alto location and then I showed up to the Mountain View location. The Mountain View location made everything for me on the spot and didn't change me anything. Pretty sure they lost a lot of money on my order, but they did it out of the kindness of their hearts. Couldn't recommend enough!

“I have been to Rose Market since they were on the other side of Castro. Each visit has been consistently flavorful, fresh and the service, outstanding! I highly recommend the giant koobideh meatball (It was a Monday special). It will serve a small village for days! Moist and full of flavor. I also tried a chicken dish with a slightly sweet flavor from pomegranate. The chicken was moist and the gravy, very flavorful. From the grill, the chicken thigh kabob was excellent. With more than one grill item. you will get a bag of bread and a big bag of cilantro and onion. Very good value. Excellent quality.“

“We ordered the house combo and it was very tasty. It came with 4 meats(chicken,beef,gyro ,koftedes). All of the meat was juicy,tender and well seasoned. The rice. was fluffy ans delicious. The mixed green salad had tomatoes amd cucumber and was topped with a pickled cabbage and dressed to perfection. I only had a small bite of the pita because rhe meal was so filling. I can't wait to try the baklava we ordered. What a great find. I will definitely be going back to this restaurant.“

“This was my second visit to Hyderabad Dim Biriyani and to my surprise the food was so much better and well prepared. Our mutton curry was little undercooked but once we mentioned about it the owner right away took care of us. I wish if they can make their naan for $4.—-little bigger. Also they should give some extra napkins to the customers so that they don’t have to ask for every little thing. I will recommend you to go and enjoy the food. It’s always good to complaint to the owner/manager so that they can take care of you and rectify if there is something wrong. #papihanandy“

Fried rice, fruits, dumplings, ice cream are delicious.
Meat options are limited, only beef and lamb.
Lamb is awesome, but sometimes beef is a little bit too lean.

The biggest complaint I have is still flys.
Where I occasionally saw them on the foods or table.

The new owner definitely improve this store a lot. If they could resolve the issues above, it will a popular place in east bay.

“I spent a few weeks in Xinjiang a million years ago and ate laghman -- the Uyghur's national dish -- two or three times a day. Loved it loved it loved it. Hadn't had any in over 25 years, then recently moved to the area and saw that downtown Menlo Park had a Uyghur place. Woo hoo!

The noodles and sauce are perfect. (The meat is surprisingly low-quality so I ask for it without the meat and just get some flank steak slicked up for stir-fry at Whole Foods and cook that up at home to add.) The portion is generous and the dish keeps well in the fridge for a few days.“

“Cute, intimate, and delicious, Tarim Garden is the place to go if you seek wonderfully made Xinjiang cuisine. Everything is seasoned and cooked tastefully, from vegetable to noodle. As other satisfied customers have noted, the handpulled noodles are to die for--they are fresh, chewy, and compliment the served sauce very well! The cumin beef and garlic cucumber were very generously. For those that dine in, a total of three servings of noodles are complementary.

The day I came, the staff was very sweet and patient. Ordering is mobile and becomes customer's responsibility, but the workers and vigilant on getting orders right. We came at lunch, when the restaurant was fairly busy, but were served very quickly.

The garlic chicken supreme, a plain cheese pizza
The beef pepperoni, and the spaghetti with meatballs, I was so pleasantly surprised with everything! The flavor of the red spaghetti sauce was delicate and light and my child ate 2 helpings and wants me to pack the rest in his thermos for lunch tomorrow! The chicken pizza is divine, fresh delicious ingredients and lovely garlicky flavor. The kids said the other pizzas were great too. I’m so happy we found this place and I hope to come back again soon!“

“The food prices and portions were amazing! One full box is $13.50 with 2 chicken/beef/shrimp toppings and $15.50 for 3 chicken/beef/shrimp toppings. One lady server was so kind she offered us samples of the dishes before we ordered so we know what they taste like!! There is a full prayer space beside the restaurant too which was very clean. “It was not just the food which is delicious btw, but the experience that you get by visiting this small restaurant. They have small Bosnian antique corner which holds many stories. “I was never a fan of Lamb Gosht curry until I tried it at this restaurant. The gravy here is noticeably thicker, with a subtle hint of tomato flavor that set it apart from others I’ve had. We tried the falafel pita wrap with babaganoush and fries + chicken shawarma with rice , hummus and and walnut pepper dip (just so amazing). The chicken was succulent and perfectly spiced and the falafel was crispy yet light. Love all their sides and extra sauces too. Don’t miss out on the freshly squeezed juices- orange carrot was my favorite!“

“I was surprised at how much flavor was packed into the Chicken Shawarma Rice Bowl I had for lunch today. The Garlic Spread was the icing one the cake! The ladies behind the counter were great explaining on “what next” as I progressed through the line. The small bowl of soup was a good touch.

To be truthful, I was a little shocked that the meal and the cup for lemonade came to about $29.62, however the portion was more than enough.“

“I've eaten at Halal Fried Chicken a number of times and I can easily say I love this place. The options they have are delicious(my personal favorite is hot chicken 🍗 and chicken popcorn They have other options on the menu along with specia the location. Services is very friendly. This place is a definite must try.“
