“This was my second time to the new Napa location and it didn't disappoint. We ordered everything to share, and it was all fantastic - yuzu chili glass noodles, eggplant, the lamb with french beans, and the daikon rice cakes. The Somm was easy to chat with and picked out a yummy rhone wine (Crozes-Hermitage) which paired well with everything.“

It is too bad that American canyon doesn't have another Vietnamese place open consistently daily.

Other options like pho hua do not have consistently good quality.“

“Quick lunch whilst waiting for train. Beef Pho was excellent with plenty of slices of beef, many vegetables and noodles with a lovely aromatic broth. My wife’s noodle dish was huge with again plenty of vegetables and a very spiced sauce. Both were delicious. Highly recommend“
