“I've been eating here for a while and coming from Publix subs I do like the Italian herbs and cheese here, even during lunch hour when the line's long, my online orders always seem prep'd for me somehow. The subs aren't toasted as long as Publix, but the bread benefits from not being too dry and crunchy, but sometimes if I order before a 20 minute commute or something they're not freshly hot which I kind of would enjoy more, but at that point I might as well just give myself the time to sit down and eat at the restaurant, which isn't their fault but my own. Considering that's my only complaint I could probably just ask them to toast it longer next time and see how that works out, but I typically forget to ask.“

“Pizza is delicious!!! We were visiting Oxnard and Toppers was highly recommended.
I always get extra sauce on any pizza, Toppers did not disappoint from crust to toppings. Yum! I can’t speak on service or atmosphere in house but the delivery service was great!

“We celebrated my mom’s 90 th birthday last night at Ottavios. We have had prior celebrations in the past, 44 years ago we had our Wedding Rehearsal dinner there ! The back private room is so nice to have a dinner party! We were allowed to arrive early and decorate. All the staff were very attentive and friendly! The food was delicious and huge portions! The service was excellent! I highly recommend Ottavios if you are looking for the perfect dinner party location!“

“This hidden jem will not disappoint. The food is on point and deliciously fresh and tantalizing! They have a menu that fits every type of eater, including vegetarian selections and healthy tidbits. “I was first introduced to Bright Spark In March at the Ventura Beer Experience. We talked with a lovely couple behind the table and tasted Day Trip, which has become my all-time favorite. We were introduced to a concept called Musical Bingo that day, and I was delighted to make my first visit to the brewery on my 55th birthday in May. Every single one of the employees there was kind, gracious, and warm. The food was absolutely amazing and the Musical Bingo is so much fun! I’ve never cooked a brisket, and Tom kindly showed me two he smoked last night, both beautifully browned and crusty, and ready to be sliced across the grain. “What a wonderful dining experience. Bee was our amazing server and host and she provided stellar service as did the chefs who were very kind and friendly. We started with drinks and soups. My wife had the hot and sour with tofu and I had the wonton with chicken. So yummy! We then ordered our entrees with beef with vegetables and Kung pao chicken. Both entrees came with rice and the dishes were plentiful and delicious. We took half of it home for tomorrow. Great place with a positive vibe and ambiance.

“First time trying this place and glad I found them on clover - got a vermicelli dish and a set of onigiris. Love the vermicelli, the egg rolls tasted amazing and all the herbs accentuated by the fish sauce just took this dish to another level. Unfortunately can't say the same with onigiris, something was off and it tasted as if they were not seasoned at all?

The shop itself is tiny and being in the middle of summer, it was already warm outside but inside was even warmer so I'm glad they have outdoor seatings“
