“Our server, Adrian, was really friendly and on top of things. We never felt like we were waiting or that we needed something. Good server, for sure. This was the absolute cleanest IHOP we’ve been in. We’ve been to several that had food remnants and crumbs on multiple tables, in seats, on the floor, etc.. with bathrooms absolutely covered in toilet paper. Not this location. This location looked like everything was untouched and unused. My only complaint is food related. The chicken strips on the appetizer sampler ($15.00 for three chicken strips, three mozzarella sticks and about seven onion rings) were over cooked, barely above chicken nugget size (like maybe two inches long), covered in with a very thick, heavy breading that tasted like old oil and flour. Not good. Our to go order came out quickly, packed up and ready to go. I even left without checking my to go order, which I never do. I trusted Adrian had everything in order.Overall, everything was good.“
“I am supprised that my daughter loved this place. Everytime, I ask her what do you want to eat, " In and Out ". After this place, we have 2nd choice. Service is fast. People are friendly. Sure the dining area is not great - this is not a lavish place with amazing ambience. It's more of a people's play - you get some really good, cheap and authentic bagels here. Not everything that glitters is gold and the vice versa is very true for this place.“
“MAR2024Great food still, tried ther burger, outstanding!!!!JAN2024Outstanding and very reasonably priced!!!My fish and chips were perfect, fries perfectly extra crispy as I ordered. Large portion of perfectly cooked fish with great flavor. My wife's Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich was good, but here salad was excellent.I wanted to have a shake, but I was so full that I was very smart to not order the chocolate shake.Parking was easy with a very large parking lot.Great service and friendly. We are going back!!!Dietary restrictions: They will make your meal as you request.“
“Firstly, it's the best brunch spot in Fremont area! They have such a good brunch menu and their skillet potatoes and smoothies is to die for. The outdoor is small but dog friendly. The indoor is kinda cute.- please go well in advance on weekends if u want a table. It's mad crowded and the wait time gets insanely longer.- take photos! They are so yelp and insta worthy!- order their smoothie only if u can be sure of completing it else find a partner to share.I really wish they have a better system for wait and reservation. This whole let the restaurant look crowded and busy is so old school in my perspective. If they enable tools for waiting that's it! It's going to be so good! Else be prepared to wsitKid-friendliness: The place has enough on the menu but provided the kids can wait“
“This has become my husband and my go-to place for a quick, delicious breakfast. I usually get a skillet - every one I've tried comes out piping hot and packed with flavor - and a freshly squeezed orange juice. Unlike many other places, their orange juice is actually real freshly squeezed juice! Service is lightning fast, even when the place is packed.“
“We were sat quickly on the patio with our dog.Service was very poor outside, we weren't given silverware, menus, condiments, etc. inside the restaurant is given much better attention, and I recommend if you eat here, eat inside.Food was A+, great chicken fried steak and eggs, great pancakes. We had the Hawaiian pancakes and I would recommend them.I do recommend this restaurant, but either to go or inside. Don't sit outside despite how nice a day it may be. I don't think they staff the patio well enough or maybe someone was out sick.“
“First time we went to Hobee's, it is somewhat comparable to Dennys but there quality is much better. The food and service was excellent, I had the California style omelette and guava Juice both were awesome tasting. The servers were a little slow but nothing to worry about. The atmosphere was like of any other diner place.“
“The signature pork sandwich is a must-order every time. The taste is always the same. It takes me back to Taiwan in just one second. It’s really stress-relieving to have a classic Taiwanese breakfast when you miss home. I highly recommend it to everyone!“
“I recently tried Break Your Gast cafe in Union City, California, and I'm thrilled to share my positive experience. I opted for the Korean BBQ bowl to go, which was a delightful mix of rice, lettuce, sautéed mushrooms, and chicken coated in a flavorful teriyaki sauce. What impressed me even more was that on December 25th, they were open, adding an extra layer of convenience and warmth to my dining experience. Grateful for the delicious food and the accommodating service – definitely a spot worth visiting!“
“Came here for breakfast and forgot this place existed... super reasonably priced and the owner is so friendly and caring. Parking is ample, but the entrance is in the garage and I needed to hit the handicap door opener to get in as this place opens at 7am, but city hall opens at 8am. Plenty of choices and the super (mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers) breakfast burrito was amazing and flavorful. Will come back for sure!“
“They always have great food and friendly staff. They also helped me in a pinch with a pretty big catering order. They had the whole order ready for me right when I walked in and even offered to help me carry it out to my car! Will be coming back many times.“
“(Translated by Google) Very rich pupusas. I always eat at the place right away and today I decided to try the pupusas and I loved them. Very good flavor.. I recommend them ?(Original)Muy ricas pupusas. Siempre como en el lugar de enseguida y hoy desidi probarlas pupusas y me encantaron. Muy buen sabor..las recomiendo ?“
“Winston Churchill apparently once said something along the lines that Russia was a "a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma." That's kind of what I feel about this restaurant. Why does it serve a mixture of Hawaiian, Puerto Rican, Mexican, and Korean fast food? Why is it built into the side of a Home Depot? Why are there motivational gym-style quotations and writings on the wall? Perhaps I will never know the answer to these mysteries, but nevertheless, I greatly enjoy eating here and will continue to do so.To quickly state it, yeah, it's a restaurant built into the side of a Home Depot, but there's roofing and seating (and fake grass as a floor?), which are basically perfectly functional at all times. The slightly open nature of the area actually means it doesn't get too hot - so it actually works pretty well as a restaurant. The food selection is as I mentioned, quite varied. I've had the Loco Moco, Bulgogi, Hot Dog, and Philly Cheesesteak. All of them came out very quickly, cheaply (very rare in the Bay Area!!) and were as tasty as you would expect all of these foods to be. On the other hand, you're pretty much getting what you order - no surprises (and you wouldn't really expect a surprise). Macaroni from the Hawaiian plates always goes great with the rice - and the portion sizes for any of the plates are quite large!Seems very popular among people working at or around Home Depot for their breakfast and lunch - and I can understand why! Cheap, fast, convenient, and tasty! I honestly haven't eaten like this very often since moving up from Southern California - and it's delightful that I can eat like this again. Heavily recommended if you want a cheap, fast lunch in a place that generally doesn't have many cheap, fast lunch options.“
“Joanie's ambiance was delightful, especially on a rainy afternoon. No trouble getting seated, and though it was bustling, the crepe and eggs were wonderfully flavorful.Excited to return and try the smoked salmon version. Great spot for brunch, though a tad pricey. The servers were prompt and courteous.“
“I ordered the most amazing Pesto Veggie Benedict. It was outstanding! My husband ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs. The steak was the size of a salad plate... way too much for one person to eat. I'll definitely order the Benedict again, but he won't order the steak. We weren't impressed with their choice of music. Thus, they only get 2 stars for atmosphere.“
“Go-to spot for lunch in Hayward! I work close by and Bay City Bistro is my go-to spot for lunch. Great diversity of menu items (sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads, bowls... they're always changing it up with new specials too to keep things interesting), super friendly staff, fast service, and consistently good quality keep me coming back every week. Check it out if you're in the area!“
“Great little breakfast place! I had the combination plate and it was VERY filling! Eggs were cooked in a skillet, country potatoes were very tasty, ham and sausage were delicious and the bacon wasn't the thin microwave bacon that everyone seems to be going to nowadays, it was so good! I found I had to focus to finish off the biscuits and gravy because I was already so full!“
“I find excuses to stop by when I'm in the area. Great sandwiches, great breakfast... and of course - great donuts. My recommendations... maple bacon donut, Roger's omelet, roast beef/swiss/avocado on the soft roll + gotta get the side of macaroni salad.“
“This was a good spot for American breakfast, however they didn't have milkshakes available. I wish they mentioned on their menu when milkshakes are served.Parking is weird because it's on the other side... You need to make a weird u turn if you see the restaurant on the right.“
“Randomly found this unassuming place in a shopping center. Everything we've tried has been outstanding, and they'll do a half order of most things so you can try even more. Service was great and the wait went faster than they said. Shout out to Andrew, it was like he could read my mind. I'll definitely be coming back.Kid-friendliness: Separate kids menu and they'll do half orders of anything“
