Rich chocolate flavor, moist, with just the right amount of frosting. I appreciate that the frosting wasn't too sweet so that the flavors weren't overpowered. Lots of attention to all details made for outstanding results.“

“My daughter and I did a cake decorating session here and Yana was wonderful and so welcoming! She had so many toppings and fillings to choose from and let us use all the professional tools. My 3 year old absolutely loved it and made the cutest cake complete with fresh fruit. The shop is very clean and a great fun environment to work in. She even put on Disney music for us while we decorated which was a big hit with my daughter. Would definitely go back! It would be an excellent venue for a little girls birthday party or just a girls day out. I booked online through her website and it was very easy.“

“We can't rave enough about Kaye's Cake Designs! We had a last minute thought to get a Mother's Day custom cake made with figures of my Brother, Sister and I as kids. Kaye even included our cat. She matched the pictures we sent in perfectly and even had us wearing the exact same outfits. She is so very talented and the attention to detail was amazing. We couldn't stop looking at it. “It has been awhile since I shopped at Sweet Arleen's. I drove by and seeing the store reminded me I needed something for my daughter-in-laws birthday. She loves Red Velvet cake so I picked up a half dozen cupcakes including Red Velvet. Turned out to be the perfect surprise. She loved everything about the cupcake. Moist with a great frosting. Now it is Mother's Day so I am heading over to Sweet Arleen's for more tasty treats. Saved the day, thanks.“

Personally, I favor their conchas over anyone else's ? my Spanish needs some work but the staff are always very accommodating to my requests, especially that I keep one to myself for my special somebody ? The apple fritter is never oily and the edges are perfect! The maple flavoring they use never tastes like chemicals which is how many donut shops maple tastes these days. I love their maple old fashioned and maple bar (long john if you’re from the Midwest or east coast). I stop here any time I’m within 5 miles because they are just that good.“
