“Our family absolutely adores this cookie shop, and I've never met anyone who hasn't raved about Crumbl cookies. We pass by here almost weekly, and it’s become a tradition for us. But it’s not just the delicious cookies that have won our hearts—it's the incredible kindness and warmth of the people behind them.

We had come in with 6 excited kids in tow and their disappointment was so evident when we saw that they were already closed. We were ready to leave when, to our surprise, some of the owners had noticed their disappointment. Instead of sending us on our way, they asked what flavors we were hoping for. They kindly asked us to wait, and within moments, they had cookies for us. I just couldn't believe they would go through such great lengths for just a few cookies.

This simple yet extraordinary gesture meant the world to us. It’s not often that you encounter people who go out of their way just to bring a little joy to others, and they beyond giving joy. Lisa, Laurie, and Hailey could not have made us feel more welcome and happy with what we chose! They were extremely patient and made room for everyone! They easily made changes in their usual party schedule and options and made Liya’s dream come true. The party consisted of crumb coating their own cakes and then decorating them with so much creativity! For lunch, they provided freshly baked pizza and a ginormous cake cookie customized for the birthday girl. We brought juice boxes, chips, and a fruit tray just as extra. “We can't rave enough about Kaye's Cake Designs! We had a last minute thought to get a Mother's Day custom cake made with figures of my Brother, Sister and I as kids. Kaye even included our cat. She matched the pictures we sent in perfectly and even had us wearing the exact same outfits. She is so very talented and the attention to detail was amazing. We couldn't stop looking at it. We didn't even want to eat it because the cake so was beautiful but we are glad we did. Best cake I've ever tasted. Thanks Kaye for making my Mom's Mother's Day so special! :)“

“Had these bundt cakes at a birthday party on Saturday evening and they were fantastic. I tried the vanilla, red velvet, and chocolate. All were really good. I especially liked the chocolate one. Rich chocolate flavor, moist, with just the right amount of frosting. I appreciate that the frosting wasn't too sweet so that the flavors weren't overpowered. Lots of attention to all details made for outstanding results.“
