“I’ve been coming here since the day they opened. Consistently GOOD! I’ve never ever had a bad meal here.We have had our house under construction with no kitchen for the past two months. We’ve been eating out at almost every restaurant in a 50 mile radius of our home. I forgot about Pickles being local and was craving an omelette.Usually food “to go” doesn’t taste as good as dining in the restaurant but we got it to go and I forgot how incredibly good the food is here. I had a cappuccino, beautiful omelette, and a very large portion of fried potatoes. For the past two months not a single restaurant has tasted exceptionally delicious or even close. Ever since the pandemic, nothing tastes as good as it used to in the restaurants. I assumed restaurants are using cheaper ingredients, but pickles tastes better than ever .I’m so glad this restaurant is local. One of the best places in Newbury Park and there’s not much to choose from in this immediate area. All the GOOD restaurants are in LA or Westlake Village. I’m so relieved sitting here eating my delicious meal after having bad food for the last two months.I was so inspired I called the manager just now to let them know what a relief it was to have good food !! Get a B&W cookie too! Yummo“
“Eggs-N-Things has great service and amazing atmosphere. It feels like the place to be for breakfast. Food is well made and arrives in a timely manner. Their crepes (they call them Swedish pancakes or something) are really good. They are a little on the pricey side for the portions and even for the taste but that might be expected due to the pleasant atmosphere. Overall would definitely recommend if looking for a pleasant place to chat but not if only looking for cheap good food.“
“We are new to Camarillo! We eat out a ton, so we are always looking for new places . We came here on a busy Sunday morning ( 2/25 at around 10:40 am) This cute downtown breakfast spot was really good! Food was really good, waitress so stupendous... there was a young man there that was really personable and was working his tail off!! Not sure if he was the manager or owner but his attention alone would make me come back to this restaurant. We had the Avocado toast ( exceptional ) and a yummy scramble! Food was hot and served promptly. I am deducting a star be the hostess was rude! Young gal, treated us like an inconvenience! To the owner or manger of this place.. your hostess is the first impression people get! She was rude and treated us like an inconvenience!! Everything else was stellar!“
“This place is great! Jarro's is family owned and run. They are so warm and friendly. The food is just perfect! I came for lunch and had the fire burger which was awesome (not too spicy). I can't wait to go back and get some breakfast.“
“So, I just discovered this little gem this morning. And it's so close to home! How have I never eaten here before!? They serve a warm piece of frosted pound cake that goes great with their coffee while you wait for your food. The food was delicious and the staff attentive. The inside is adorable (see photos). However, my one complaint would be that we went at a slower time (there were only a few patrons in the whole restaurant, including us) and several of the tables were dirty, and the hostess was sitting at the front counter on her phone ?(Kids these days). But overall a great experience, and I'll certainly go back!“
“Sweet old-time nostalgia feel. Food was good. I had the tuna melt and requested different cheese. No problem. Nice bf coffee house or lunch... Relaxed vibe. Cool old photos and memorabilia on the walls. Local relaxed feel vibe...It was pleasant and yummie.“
“Came in Monday morning 11/27/23 @ 9am. Pretty busy, aerobics was good and food was fast and delicious. I ordered some strawberry banana pancakes and they were amazing. Coffee is always good. Bus boy was great at getting us waters and coffee. Ambiance was a little loud but not too bad for our 2 month old baby. He was able to fall asleep in his car seats. ; stars because I feel like prices are a little out of hand. Not ihops fault but it sucks paying 40 bucks for 1 plate for wife pancakes for me and 1 coffee + Tip. I will be back tho.“
“My husband came here as a kid when it was Harold's, I had never been. Parking is tough, but worth finding a place. They do omlettes a little different here. It's an old school place with old school charm. Reasonable pricing, good selection of Mexican breakfast. I had chilaquiles, yummy and satisfying. I saw some pancakes from afar and they looked great. Definitely coming back soon!“

We'll be back for the biscuits that are loved so much.Wheelchair accessibility: They are so kind and patient with creating a space for your loved ones to enjoy breakfast without stress within the restaurant.“
“Michigan fan visiting the area for the Rose Bowl. Stopped here for breakfast, don’t let the 4.1 ⭐️ fool you. This place slaps! The breakfast burrito was AMAZING! It was so fresh and looked great. If I am ever back in the area, this is my new breakfast spot.Staff were friendly and the food came out fast. Very chill vibe. Love this place!#GoBlue“
“Creative menu options and always a really satisfying meal. Portions are great, always very fresh and delicious. Love that there is a gluten free waffle also but wish the potatoes were gf also! Fresh squeezed juice, nice atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff.“
