“I love eating here, the subs are great and the chicken in dumpling soup is my favorite. The workers are very nice as well, but they keep giving me the wrong soup. I always order the chicken dumpling and this is now the third time I get the potato bacon soup and I don’t eat bacon so each time it’s gone to the trash and now I’ve wasted about 25 dollars on soup I can’t even eat. If the soup isn’t available maybe leave a note in the bag or send some Mac and cheese instead? Not everyone eats bacon

“Stumbling across this resteraunt while out and about i thought I would try it out. My heart and taste buds were always sold with another Sandwhich place in thousand oaks. This place is now at the top of my list too in Westlake. Hard to find a great sandwhich places and I finally did. The flavors, the Variety of Sandwhiches along with holiday sandwiches to choose from. In this case Thanksgiving sandwhich was available for a limited time but it was so yummy. A place you dont want to miss visiting for sure.“

“This place is amazing! When I first walked in, I was greeted right away, and everything looked clean and sanitary. I also had the pleasure of meeting the guy who took my order. I wish I got his name, but I remember he had a sick tattoo that said “Only God can judge me.” He was so polite and respectful. I can tell he’s great at his job and deserves a raise, lol. Overall, it’s an awesome place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!!“

“I stopped by this Subway today to take advantage of the subway deal on their footlong meal. I had issues on their app putting in my order and also on the website because it kept saying my cart didn't satisfy the coupon deal. So I went to the store to see if they can help. I found parking easily in the front because it was early morning. When I walked inside, there was only 1 lady working and she told me she couldn't help me. So I went back in my car and figure I would try one more time but this time put each item individually. That did the trick and my order went through. I went back inside and the lady knew it was my order. I was going to get a cherry coke for my drink but it was out of order so I got a regular coke. I took my food back to my work to eat there. I got the footlong all American club since I wanted to try it because I always get the oven roasted turkey. I thought the lady put too much mayo on my sandwich and I didn't really like the overall all American club so I won't order it again.

“When it comes to having a sandwich, Jersey Mike’s is my go to place. The sandwiches are always exceptional and the staff is always pleasant and welcome you into the store. An incident happened today. I bought a chicken salad sandwich (regular) and paid cash, but I forgot to give my phone number so I could get the points. I discovered this when I got home. I called the store and spoke to Ezra. I told her that I forgot to mention my phone number and therefore did not get points for my sandwich. I also didn’t have a receipt. I explained this to Ezra and she put me on hold for a moment to check and see if she could find my order. She was able to locate it as I had a two dollar coupon which was associated with my order. This made it easier to locate. I gave her my phone number and she gave me the credit for my points. I appreciate the time that she took to do this for me even though it was not an urgent request. She certainly goes out of her way to help a customer. Thank you so much, Ezra. I really appreciate it.“

“We like that the bread is always so fresh, the veggie toppings are so plentiful, and that the "sandwich artists" allow customization of the subs. It has the added bonus of being incredibly close to the Residence Inn in Camarillo (across the street).“
