Have been visiting since opening day and was a purchaser prior to the cafe opening.Chelsea and Josh provide a cozy environment with eclectic and creatively sourced decor.The food is top notch and unlike anything else available in the area, near or far.Special shout out to the coffee when not having the chai… it’s incredible and hard to come by another cup from elsewhere that compares.For the chai lovers, this is a special gift. Perfect level of sweetness without feeling like syrup. The boldness of the fresh herbs and spices are a beautiful balance to whatever milk of your choosing is paired with.Busy most days and certainly worth the wait. “I love the horchata boba here!! I dont like most boba places because of the black tea bitter taste they usually have. But this one doesn't have that aftertaste it is just right!Vegetarian options: Some of the jellies contain geletin. You just have to ask which ones are kosher.“

“I have been here countless times and always forget to leave a review. Love this place! I've had their spring rolls and wonton noodle soup which always hit the spot, especially in the cooler months. The staff is super friendly and professional and the service is always great. The ambience is always chill with the minimal decor and chill music. They have outdoor seating which is wonderful when there's nice weather. I've never had any issues here over the last 2 years. “Just like Newcastle produce I get excited when I see baked and brewed on the route sheet for our bicycle rides. The entire old Auburn area is really very eclectic. Baked and brew has a wide variety of baked goods, generous portion sizes and great coffee in an awesome staff. What's really especially good is that they have a lot of room to sit outside in the sun where you can warm yourself and enjoy your coffee and scone.“

“The manager and staff are awesome . The manager Guy suggested different drinks and my coffee was good he did it exactly how I wanted. I am very picky when it comes to strong coffee and less sugar. I highly recommend the wet cappuccino. Friendly place and cute“

I know exactly what goes into every product we sell and I stand by Missions now more than ever! We make so much in house and use good ingredients, that I confidently invite friends and family to eat here. I know all the staff personally and they are all so sweet and patient. They go beyond for customers and work diligently to get everyone's orders out as quickly as possible. “We were in a hungry, on our way to a memorial service. We stopped in let the ladies know our time constraints. Ordered eggs, bacon;&toast. They rushed our order. My over medium eggs were perfect. “Bloom is amazing! The atmosphere is very fresh clean and comfortable - staff is very nice and accommodating. You get the sense that the staff here are well taken care of and that reflects in the vibe and hospitality. They offer a lot of healthy options for those who don't eat meat, and lots of options for those who do. I ordered a salad and a coffee. The flavor of the coffee was amazing and you can taste the quality in the salad. Highly recommend.“

“My family stopped here for lunch one day as we were driving through Rocklin. We didn’t know much about the store let alone the cafe. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. We all had some type of sandwich and they were delicious and huge! Our server was also extremely pleasant and anticipated our needs. What a great place!“

What we love about the place is the comfortable chairs, great coffee and pastries, and the overall atmosphere! Located right off of Sierra college blvd and near Douglas which makes it very convenient. Being a businessman and always on the go, it is nice to find a great place for meetings.“

“I called for a pickup order. Wasn't too thrilled when the total came to $34 and some change. I guess it's the times? I walked up and saw they offered dog treats outside. So cute. I was greeted but a young lady, did not catch her name, but she was so sweet. I ordered her recommendation on the mimosa... pineapple coconut and grenadine. So so so good. I ordered a mimosa, country fried steak burrito with no eggs and hashbrowns inside and a coffee. Everything exceeded my expectations. After tipping, it came to about $38. If I'm in the area again, I will most definitely come back.“

We went out with some friends and 3 children and I loved that they were able to put us in a backroom so that we didn't feel like the kids were disturbing others.The food was delicious, and although it did not seem like a massive portion compared the Black Bear Diner, it was very filling and the Santa Fe Scramble left me wanting a nap afterwards. Although I do wish they included a little more salsa with it.“
