“I didn't know this was going to have THIS many vegan options. Half the menu is vegan & they have a separate vegan menu so it's easy. You can basically get anything and they have like 6 vegan meat options. My favorites are the Flautas, Wet Burrito, Nachos & Enchilada combo. “Love this place for lunch at least 3 times a week. Service is always quick and friendly. Mostly order the Hot & Spicy Chicken (from the lunch menu) and with the rice, salad, and wontons, I never leave there hungry. This is my favorite restaurant in all of Stevenson Ranch. “Hands down best burrito(American style) in the valley. The soup is a hidden gem as well, I would say it is one of the best things on the menu, no matter what you get atleast get it on the side. Owner is also very nice, polite and professional to everyone. “Shout out to Ximena for going above and beyond to provide the best customer service! It was my first time going to this location. I ordered online, and when I went to pick up, I could not find the store in the shopping center. I called and Ximena answered the phone and asked me where in the shopping center I was and was able to provide directions to me. She went as far as coming out of the restaurant, located me while still having me on the phone to make sure I made it. I also noticed that the rest of the employees were very kind and made sure the guests were fully satisfied. I ordered the shrimp bowl with salad and it was fresh and delicious.“

I even asked the cashier to let the owner of MGF know how angry and annoyed I was LOL. I was complaining the whole way home that I would never go back. Let me tell you something though.. My attitude completely changed when I opened up the bag of food at my house.. Holy shit. The food was phenomenal. I ordered the catfish, Mac and cheese and bbq baked beans. This food was . Like stupid good. Like so good I'm definitely going back and definitely waiting an hour if I have to (I'll place the order on the app next time in advance.) The catfish was super delicate and perfectly seasoned it was perfect... probably the best I ever had. The Mac and cheese and baked beans were the best I've ordered from anywhere in a long time. The cornbread was fire. The meal was so good my wife and I are low key planning a picnic somewhere soon, JUST so we can order the bucket of chicken that they offer so we can try that. My current message to the owner is: Your food is insanely good. 11/10 exceptional. It's still not right to make people wait an hour for it, y'all got to get a more efficient system back there because that's just crazy. The entire lobby was sitting in there waiting for there MGF orders for what seemed to be forever.. But the food was worth it and I'll be back. I'll just place my order WAY TF ahead of time. Again, this is just preference, everything is amazing. We are a party of 4 and DEFINITELY, can eat. First order: Edamame (plain, spicy, or both), shishito peppers, spicy tuna with crispy rice, extra ginger and wasabi. Second order: 1 order Tuna, salmon, and yellowtail nigiri, 2 orders of albacore(each order of nigiri usually comes in 2 pieces so keep this in mind), and a spicy tuna roll. Third order: Roasted jalapeño role, lemon role, creamy Langostino roll, albacore lovers role, and got sushi role.“

We had the Cadillac margarita the first time but switched to the regular the second visit. It was flavorful, not too sweet and larger than the Cadillac which was $2 more. “Always great food and excellent service Whenever we eat at Lure Fish House in Porter Ranch, we can count on having a great meal. But we also can expect excellent service. Our recent visit was a little more extraordinary because of our server, Mar. Since we had been there before, but it had been a while, Mar asked if we knew what we wanted or if we wanted to hear the menu explained. We chose the latter. She also asked if we had allergies, which we did not. Not many restaurants ask that, which can be important because not all ingredients are listed and some people forget to mention it. We ordered our usual cup of Clam Chowder and asked about the Dungeness Crab Cocktail. Mar told us what we wanted to hear and ordered it. We shared both appetizers and enjoyed them both. For our entrées, my wife stepped out of her comfort zone and did not order her usual but rather the White Sea Bass in Almondine-style, which is crusted with breadcrumbs, parmesan and almonds. I went with my semi-usual of the Crispy Fish, Shrimp & Chips Combo, but with Pineapple Coleslaw, on the suggestion of Mar during the explanation of the menu. When the meals arrived, my wife said the Sea Bass was good, but she probably would not get it that way again. Mar checked in on us and my wife repeated what she had told me. Mar then said, "I have just the sauce to make it better." She returned with the sauce that comes with the Sally's Sand Dabs, which is a lemon caper sauce. My wife said it changed the entire meal and was amazing, which she thanked Mar for when she again checked in on us. For me, the Pineapple Cole Slaw matched perfectly with the fish and shrimp. I never would have thought of that. Mar truly knows the menu and what pairs well and complements each dish. I believe we will be visiting more often, asking for Mar on each visit and stepping out of our comfort zones more often, with Mar's guidance. Thank you.“

Chile rellenos are perfect and hand made tortillas, being made when you walk in, and my absolute favorite creamy jalapeno salsa. It's a salsa bar and you'll celebrate it with anticipation among with other regulars because you all know it's so good. We typically chat with others at the bar, putting the creamy green jalapeno all over everything, and ready for that salsa high. It's fun to ask for the recipe. We all do. They smile and almost wink and say they don't know, even though they make it!!! It's a running joke for those of us, happy peppy people, who love this salsa. Sometimes I stop in for just a pint of that salsa with chips and hot handmade tortillas to go, and when I bring it home, the family goes nuts! They're also so welcoming every time we come in. It had been almost a year, and they greeted us warmly. I love the Carnitas tacos more than anywhere else, packed with authentic fresh Mex seasoning and prepared perfectly on tortillas made the moment I order and can I say it again?... that jalapeno salsa!!! Hubby always gets the Milanesa, his favorite dish, and he loves it here. The coating is light and crispy over a very good cut of tender flank steak, fried to perfection. Looked through the list and just went with the first option because it looked good already. 1. BBQ Chicken, Beef & Katsu Combo (13.99$) - Saw it was only a dollar more for another protein so of course I had to get this one. The chicken was probably my favorite of the three. Very juicy and soft. Love that they don't shiest on the protein. My toddler loved the katsu and the bbq chicken! Beef was more on the chewy side so it was harder to eat for the kids but i enjoyed it. 2. BBQ Chicken & Short Ribs Combo (14.99$) - The short ribs were amazing!!! It went by so fast and I really wanted more. Again the BBQ Chicken was really good. Definitely recommend this combo! An amazing first experience not to mention so incredibly CHEAP!!! Got the special #2 with lobster tail, 1/2 pound of shrimp, sausage, corn and potato for around $34. I got a mix of mild and spicy Cajun for a good medium spice. The first thing I noticed was how much flavor was in the sauce. The sausage, corn and potatoes were all great. The shrimp was good, just takes a little work as normal with seafood boils. I would prefer an option without the head-on. The lobster tail was the only mild disappointment, due to the meat being a little tougher than I'm used to with lobster tail. Overall the food was pretty good and the service as well. I'd try it again to get the crab leg and shrimp special.“
