“I dont understand why this place doesnt have a line around the building... I've been coming here for a while now. I used to live in Santa Ana, then Paramount, and now Laguna Niguel. Every time I've made the drive because the drinks are AMAZING. For the most part I'm a Thai tea kinda person and the Thai Tea Blossom is ALWAYS on pint and add the Sealt Creme..... its heaven in a cup. The staff has always been good and the art does blow me away, some of these people should be doing comics, manga or cartoons. This place should be on everyone's list if you're into delicious drinks, think I'm kidding?? Again-- I drive from Laguan Niguel to get a drink from here!!!“

“We mostly order the matcha storm in this location. But I personally love it. So far one of the best matcha within OC . Especially with the pudding its very nice. “Regardless of how many new boba places will open up, TP Tea will always have a soft spot in my heart. My first TP Tea experience happened at their Cupertino storefront and I remember how crazy and wild the line was for that grand opening. It’s crazy to think there’s over 5 locations for the Bay Area now. Woohoo!! Now, onto the drinks! I am a HUUUUGE fan of their wintermelon Tieguanyin tea. I know, it’s a simple drink that’s really hard to mess up, but for some reason, the way it’s brewed at TP Tea reigns supreme in my eyes. I also like the touch of Tieguanyin tea. Fun fact: I never knew or heard of Tieguanyin until coming across TP Tea! If you like a blend of aromatic tea notes with a hint of sweetness from wintermelon, I cannot recommend this drink enough. However, if you’re in the mood for a milk tea, I highly recommend the strawberry milk tea! It has a nice blend of milk and fragrant tea, with the acidity and sweetness of REAL strawberries. And if you really wanted to make any drink a winner, you’re going to want to add QQ noodles in your drink! I don’t know what makes it so good, but it’s definitely chewy and fun to have in your drink. I also find it a unique boba topping compared to the other boba shops in town. Got myself a wintermelon Tieguanyin tea and Sunshine ice tea for my BOGO drink! #TPTeaBayArea #TPTEA“

“Love our experience at Eightfold Tea Shoppe this past weekend. The girl working was very efficient and was straightforward with us letting us know that the drinks were going to take a little bit longer than usual as there were several orders ahead of us and she was the only one at the moment. It was definitely worth the wait, the drinks were made to perfection; good balance with the tea taste and sweetness. We ordered the Earl grey cheese cream and mango swirl.

“We stopped in here after our visit next door at Dong Hung Vien. We picked up teas earlier down the street that were literally disgusting with old tea and flavor. Helen helped us today and made us the most delicious Lychee and passion green teas. The tea was very fresh, fruit flavor right on and the sweetness st 25 percent was perfect. “Extremely fast and friendly service. It was not busy at all on a Sunday late afternoon. The drinks are fairly priced and tasted good. You're able to adjust sweetness level of the drinks according to your personal taste as well which is nice. Decent parking available but limited during rush hours. “I always love coming here with my Dad! The workers are very helpful and friendly, and I especially love the drinks here. In my humble opinion, Umacha is my favorite place to go to for quality tea and flavorful boba. Even though Umacha is a smaller stand, the atmosphere is very welcoming and the shop itself is very visibly appealing too. The boba is very tasty and never extremely undercooked or overcooked like many boba places I stumble across, and the tea is strong and especially great when they make it fresh there. I recommend the Marry Me Mango at 50% sweetness!“

“So happy I saw their posting on IG because I was curious to get their tray of samplers that's good for 2 people. It was my aunt's birthday and I really wanted to try their tray and everyone loved it, such a good price on it too, very affordable. I am definitely getting it again. Everything they included was perfect, noodles, veggies, protein. That's all you need! And they even gave a free Mung Bean drink for each tray. I also got the rice paper salad but didn't really care for it. I won't be getting it again for sure. They open at 9am and i preordered it which I recommend and it was ready by 9:30am.“

“Tucked inside the Irvine Marriott, YNK Speakeasy is a cozy, stylish hideaway that feels more like an upscale living room than a bar. I came with five friends to celebrate my birthday, and we ordered just about everything: Smoked Old Fashioned ($21), Cactus Club ($18), Chakai Kyushikis ($27!), Momoe ($27!), Airbuzz ($18), Whiskey Sour ($18), and Smoke & Mirrors ($18). We also grabbed churro bites and a cookie skillet, which were tasty finger food options.
The drinks? Fantastic. Creative, well-balanced, and worth the hype. But with some cocktails priced at $27, the prices are on the steeper side, even for Orange County. That makes YNK a “special occasion” stop, not your regular Friday night spot.
The vibe is intimate, with comfy couches and high-tops, and the staff was warm and welcoming. One even shared that the menu rotates every few months, which is reason enough to return.
✅ Pro tip: Make a reservation for evening hours.
✅ Parking is paid, but the bar validates—bless them.
Overall, I’m thrilled this speakeasy opened, especially after the last one, which was in the backroom of their hotel kitchen, seems to have closed shop. While the price point keeps it from being a regular hangout, it’s perfect for a treat-yourself night. Cheers, YNK—you’re bougie, but I like you.“

“Right after the Sanrio store, we came here for drinks. They had a few specials. Buy 6 drinks, get 1 free. Buy 1, get the same drink for $1. Or buy a drink and pay x for dessert.
I wanted two different drinks so none of those deals worked for us. I ended up with Uji Matcha Milk Tea and it was so bold, strong, and earthy. I loved it. Kept me wired all day.

“Basic quick service (Halal!) noodle house with a variety of hand pulled noodles and appetizers and more. The noodles are good but lack the bouncy and texture of great hand pulled noodles. The beef noodle soup was solid but I definitely recommend adding vinegar as well as their great salt/pepper combo in the shaker. Appetizers: black fungus salad, cucumber salad and Chinese pickles cabbage w're all good. Service was attentive and friendly. If you want a quick noodle dish, this is fine but better options are out there.“
