“I've been coming here the last 2 months. I always get the Jasmine Green Tea to pair with my lunch. A friend recommended me the Black Tea w/ Salted Cheese and that has become my favorite. My son loves their Oreo waffles. The staff is always friendly, quick and professional. Hygiene is a big thing for me and the staff always wears gloves when prepping. Over all, it's worth a visit if you're at Fashion Island.

I’m not the biggest fan of teas and boba so that’s maybe why. Employee also let us have a free donut and samples, the donuts were good. Prices were fair“

“Family run boba shop. Super friendly, great variety, lower than average prices, and a larger size option than typical boba places. There are closer shops near me but this one has become my go-to anyways. Staff are super nice and accommodate customization requests of all sorts. Only complaint is that they use a bit too much sweetener by default, but of course you can ask for less. But only if you order in person instead of on the touchscreen.“

“Regardless of how many new boba places will open up, TP Tea will always have a soft spot in my heart. My first TP Tea experience happened at their Cupertino storefront and I remember how crazy and wild the line was for that grand opening. It’s crazy to think there’s over 5 locations for the Bay Area now. Woohoo!! Now, onto the drinks! I am a HUUUUGE fan of their wintermelon Tieguanyin tea. I know, it’s a simple drink that’s really hard to mess up, but for some reason, the way it’s brewed at TP Tea reigns supreme in my eyes. I also like the touch of Tieguanyin tea. Fun fact: I never knew or heard of Tieguanyin until coming across TP Tea! If you like a blend of aromatic tea notes with a hint of sweetness from wintermelon, I cannot recommend this drink enough. However, if you’re in the mood for a milk tea, I highly recommend the strawberry milk tea! It has a nice blend of milk and fragrant tea, with the acidity and sweetness of REAL strawberries. And if you really wanted to make any drink a winner, you’re going to want to add QQ noodles in your drink! I don’t know what makes it so good, but it’s definitely chewy and fun to have in your drink. “So glad I stopped by to give this little bubble tea spot a try while in Orange County!!
Los Angeles and Orange County obviously have a ton of bubble milk tea options to choose from, but this one stands out to me - here's why!

First of all, it's a very open, airy, comfortable interior with warm & cozy-feeling lighting.
It's a space that feels welcoming and invites you to stay longer than you planned, rather than other places that may give you a feeling that it's best to just get take-out and to be in-and-out.

They also have some great bites here!
We tried out some lemon pepper wings and mozzarella sticks and both were a great price, only around $5 each, and delicious! The mozzarella sticks had the PERFECT cheese pull and a great crunch from the exterior breading.
The wings could've been a bit juicier but still had a great crunch and really good seasoning/flavoring.

And of course, the bubble milk teas themselves here were great value, size, and taste!
I did a coffee on that was great with a little bit of cream cheese to top it off with.
The strawberry yogurt smoothie was also PERFECT. The flavors were all blended together just right and it had the exact texture and creaminess to it that I LOVE in a good smoothie!

All around a great and UNIQUE spot, and one which I certainly recommend!“

“This is the best boba I’ve ever had and definitely the best in OC. We’ve been coming for years, and they are always consistent. The crème brûlée is to die for, and their taro is top notch. Their jasmine tea is also delicious. Whatever you get, will be great, and if not, they will redo it for you. The workers have always been very kind and happy, and I feel very welcome every time I go in. Bonus points for having a bathroom and for a super chic place. The cherry on top is their really great rewards program that gets you to free things pretty quickly. I really feel like Feng Cha cares about me as the customer and treats me well.“

Haven’t try blueberry flavor in a drink before, we ordered the blueberry matcha latte and the blueberry yakult. They are actually good! The blueberry matcha have more a thick taste than the yakult, and they put blueberry juice so even 50% sweetness is still a decent amount of sweet.

We ordered 4 drinks on weekend night and wait about 20 minutes, not too bad. It is busy and a lot of people are getting boba. Inside have a few tables and chairs but the tables is on a lower level side, wish they have higher tables.

“Right after the Sanrio store, we came here for drinks. They had a few specials. Buy 6 drinks, get 1 free. Buy 1, get the same drink for $1. Or buy a drink and pay x for dessert.

I wanted two different drinks so none of those deals worked for us. I ended up with Uji Matcha Milk Tea and it was so bold, strong, and earthy. I loved it. Kept me wired all day.

The kiddo got strawberry yogurt and she loved it. We loved it too. It was fruit creamy and refreshing.“

“Incredible coffee spot. They have a lot of creative drinks, and we ordered a variety of them (Coconut blended coffee, banana oat latte, matcha latte and pandan coffee).

Each drink was a splash. All drinks can be ordered on a daily and can be your new favorite drink. For that particular day, the Pandan was my favorite drink. It tasted like a Pandan waffle in coffee form.

Highly recommend going here. Those living nearby are considered lucky to be close to the blessed spot.

“I've been to other Boba Guys in California specifically the one in San Francisco, Long Beach, And when they had one in Berkeley as a pop up in the early beginnings. It's in the same area as the lab of Costa Mesa so the aesthetic is like hipster. I was looking for another place that served matcha and I remember that this place opened in Orange County. I happened to get strawberry matcha and the mango matcha latte. I would say strawberry matcha is pretty standard. Mango matcha latte was pretty good! What I didn't like so much was that we had to order from the kiosk and I would have preferred ordering from an actual person. Also there were a ton of teenagers that were trying to order from the kiosk and didn't know what they were doing and no one was helping them. I guess it's getting more of a chain feeling, but feel free to check it out if you're in the mood for mid-tier boba. Like everything is freshly made, but I think is more catered to an American audience versus Asian American audience.“

Their boba was fresh and we didn’t have to wait too long. I highly recommend their Sweet Frozen Bliss drink series since they include various toppings and are all so delicious!

“This shop has teas, little bites and ice cream. Came for the bobo tea and ordered a guava match latte. They use real milk here, but have non dairy option. The matcha guava was a nice blend and with boba hit the spot. I ordered it with 0 sugar and for me it was sweet enough already.
