Every Chipotle place I went to, the service are very poor. Employees are not friendly and they rush you. They don’t even say hi or hello or how are you to you. It’s like in n out.
It took me over 2.5 hours to figure out how to get ahold of a human, including calling the actual store.
If you have a problem with you delivery (like say you receive a mashed bag of food mush), the store cannot help, which is frustrating for the employees and for customers.
The Chipotle website is 100% useless.
The chat bot is a complete waste of shareholder value.

Based on customer reviews, Chipotle Mexican Grill has good food that is loved by customers. However, there are significant issues with service and cleanliness. The vinaigrette dressing container is too small for the price of $.80, and the food preparation is getting sloppy. The counters are very smudged with ingredients from prior orders, which raises concerns about bacteria. A customer has had to threaten to walk out three times because an employee will not mix up the ingredience on the burrito before wrapping it. The customer feels it is a reasonable request because without mixing, one gets a mouth full of the wrap and one ingredient. Another customer noted that corn is mixed in sour cream and other ingredients, even after stating they cannot eat corn. The overall score is low at 1.2, and customers hope corporate management reads these reviews to improve procedures and cleanliness.
