“My Mother’s Day (party day) order included 5 dozen mini cupcakes, 2 cakes, and some whoopie pies! I got home and realized my order was missing a dozen red velvet cupcakes. I called the studio city location for a refund on those since I had no time to go back to the bakery before the party (please open a location in Santa Clarita @susiesarich 😂). Instead, they same day delivered my cupcakes PLUS sent additional cookies and Mother’s Day treats for no additional cost to me😭❤️ I was SO amazed by the gracious customer service. I’ve been celebrating with Susie for over a decade and I will never leave- especially now! Thank you Susie and @susiecakesbakery for your delicious treats and valuing your customers so much💗“

“Julian delivered outstanding customer service during an incredibly busy rush at Cold Stone. Despite a full establishment and a steady stream of customers continuing to come in, he remained completely focused on giving every single person an excellent experience. He worked quickly without ever rushing, making sure each order was done right the first time.
Even with a long line, Julian took his time at the register to ensure accuracy, double-checking orders and even asking if we had a punch card to use, something that could easily be overlooked when working solo under pressure. His professionalism, attention to detail, and calm demeanor stood out and made the experience enjoyable for everyone waiting.
I honestly couldn’t help but feel for him being on his own-he definitely could have used some support but he handled it all with efficiency and a positive attitude.
Boss man, take note and recognize this hardworking employee; dedicated workers like Julian are hard to come by these days.

“Your employees really make or break your business. Came in 1 minute late. Lady walked off and completely ignored me. This is someone who doesnt care about your business. The older lady wanted to help, but something was not allowing her. 15 years coming here. I would leave 1 star, but I don't want to damage the business because of a bad employees behavior. Find people who care about your business. Smh.“

“Hey, everyone! I had the best ice cream server here at this Coldstone Creamry! I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name, she was here today at this time (5/21/25 6pm). Let me tell you that she was soooo kind and had so much patience. She took good care of my family and myself (including my nut allergy). The ice cream was presented beautifully, and my eyes were in love! “I ordered a chocolate croissant and a cookie, both very tasty the croissant had dark chocolate and the cookie had a very tasty jam in the center. The cookie was slightly soft and very flavorful. The lady at the counter was very kind and helpful. This small plaza is very lovely and the street is a gorgeous place to take a pit stop. Lovely with a very close knit community!“

“I got a bunch of stuff from Delicious Bakery and it is all so good. You can’t go wrong with any of their loaves of bread – they’re all so flavorful and the texture is so much better than anything from the grocery store. It’s light and fluffy, not dense and heavy. The onion rye is a standout. I also got a bunch of sweets and they’re irresistible. I find that Jewish cookies are often dry and crumbly, but that’s not the case with these cookies. They’re all delicious, but my family’s favorites are the cinnamon hearts, apricot and raspberry butter cookies, and the mini linzer tarts, which aren’t overly sweet. The kids also devoured anything with sprinkles, confetti, or mini m&ms on it. There was one more cookie I have to mention: a large marble cookie with a chocolate thumbprint. It wasn’t chewy but it wasn’t crunchy, it was perfectly in between, and the perfect balance of salty and sweet. I highly recommend Delicious Bakery if you’re in the valley, and even if you’re not, it’s probably worth the drive.“
