“I have had a few of the specialty drinks (Sunset Passion and Dragon Slayer) and really enjoyed them. However the main drink I would usually get is a Mango tea and the mango puree is more of small/thin mango chunks and doesn’t really seem like it has as much mango flavor as I am used to.“

“Usually boba shops don’t stand out from other boba shops. Except this one. This Cerritos outlet of 7 Miles Tea Lab has more creative blends of toppings with different textures and tiny taste bombs. I would select lower sugar level since the ingredients being blended seem already sweet enough. Unless you are a super sugar tooth. As said these are serious dessert drinks and much less like your simple milk tea with tapioca boba balls. They only have one kiosk to order your drink sk there might be quite a wait if the customer ahead of you cannot decide what to order since the choices of drinks and toppings are varied. There is plenty of free parking in the strip mall parking lot.“

I got the tiger sugar milk tea and peach mango drink both with boba and they taste amazing!! The worker here is very nice and greets you with a smile. She’s like a nice mom or grandma:)“

“This was my first visit to this Meet Up Boba location, (I had previously only gone to their location by Long Beach Poly), after my wife and I drove by it, looking for some quick snacks. Thankfully, similar to their other locale, the variety available to order is quite extensive. And all very tasty and satisfying. For this visit here, I ordered the horchata shake while my wife ordered the peach and black tea. We then paired those drinks with an order of their crunchy chicken. The drinks were exquisite and the chicken was crunchy, delicious, and filling. While this locale is a bit farther for us than the locale by Poly, it's good to know that the quality of the drinks, food, and service are uniform across both locations.“

“Been meaning to try Bopomofo but I live in NorCal so haven't had a chance until today! The hojicha latte is less intense than what I'm used to but still kept me up all night. The dark meat popcorn chicken is probably my favorite thing here. It did not disappoint. The beef noodle sandwich was an interesting experience and literally tasted like pho in a sandwich. The walnut shrimp sandwich was underwhelming and too dry for my taste.

“We had Boba Bee cater our 110 people wedding in August of 2025. They were very responsive to our emails to our concerns and we were able to sample a bunch of teas at their location. They were able to adjust the sugar level to our preference on all the drinks. They did all the set up themselves and had the best price around Los Angeles. Their fruit teas and strawberry milk [for the people who can't do caffine] were very popular and they made sure we had one on our wedding day. I recommend the Tropical Fruit Tea and the Thai Twist!“

“If I hadn’t parked to walk over to Lux Spa, I probably would’ve never noticed there’s a Happy Lemon in the same plaza.

We kept it simple and ordered the E3 Lemon Aloe Yakult ($6) and E1 Green Tea Yakult ($6). I make lemon and green tea Yakult drinks at home sometimes, but somehow the ones from a shop just taste better. It honestly brought me right back to the drink stands in Taiwan. Same nostalgic flavor. I guess I just don’t buy boba and specialty drinks that often anymore because there are way too many new Asian chains opening in the U.S., and I can’t keep up.

They’re actually known for their salted cheese foam drinks and egg waffles. If we hadn’t just eaten, I definitely would’ve added one.

Service was quick and the staff was friendly. I think I just found my go-to spot when I’m craving an authentic Taiwan-style drink.

“I got the Four Seasons (a white tea) milk tea, which I think is my new favorite tea base, with 75% sweetness, large boba, regular ice, and creme brûlée pudding (I thought I would get something I don’t often see as a topping). I am so happy with this drink! Service was fast and easy, I ordered on a kiosk and the drink was called out within 5 minutes! When I mixed in the pudding and boba, the drink was super sweet (which is what I wanted, but next time I should probably get 50% or 25% sweet or not get the creme brûlée pudding, to limit myself to a more reasonable sugar intake). The boba was perfectly chewy, on the softer side, which is what I prefer, with good flavor, and there was a generous amount. The creme brûlée made the milk tea taste like vanilla ice cream and caramel were mixed in. Soooo good. Thank you for a nice dessert stop! The shop is small but very cozy with a few seating options. Side note: I was happy to hear Now or Never from High School Musical 3 playing over the speakers when I walked in. It warmed my gen z heart.

After looking at other reviews, I also wanted to add: You can order using one of 2 kiosks, or with a cashier at the register. There is also a QR code for the menu, and a printed menu near the register. The employee called out our orders when they came out.“

“We recently ordered two boba drinks from Bobuzz, including their signature “PMC” with boba and “The Dark White.” While the overall flavor of the drinks was comparable to other quality boba shops, the tapioca pearls (“boba”) were unfortunately undercooked, which detracted from the experience. Additionally, offering customers the option to customize the sweetness level would be a welcome improvement. While there is potential, the overall experience left us with mixed feelings. Personally, it wouldn’t be my first choice for a dessert stop after a pleasant meal, at least not for now.“

Had double banana coffee.

Solid offering. Foam being the trend right now, is subdued and subtle than other micro high end places.

Little too sweet for my liking but the bitterness of the coffee balances it out nicely.

IDK if I would go out of my way to come, but it's I'm in the neighborhood I'm dropping by.

I hope this place succeed competing against da vien and cortado.. which have been my go-to.

It's better than some excellent sushi I've had and I would consider buying it if they put it in the menu a la carte.

My partner gets the Build Your Own plate. Sometimes we get a macaron ice cream. Sometimes we get a drink. It depends on our mood, but either way, it's always solid.“

“Visited OC and was looking for a place to chill. We found this place and tried their taro and winter melon milk tea, as well as their mango fruit tea. It wasn’t bad. The only thing is I think their AC is not working.

Wait times were average with maybe a five minute wait at best. You can either order at the counter or with a self-pay kiosk. There are seats on the inside.“

“My BnA experience was amazing! The service was professional and they expressed much courtesy. The atmosphere felt as though I was in a world outside of the everyday city which I worked in. I had their strawberry matcha and the flavor was a sweet and earthy balance. The Chocolate chip cookies with Walnuts were soft, giving a sweet from to chocolate and filled my mouth with a sensation of home baked feeling that made me feel a yearning for a home from my younger years.
The huge display screen really stands out above all other coffee and tea locations. With a quality menu I definitely recommend visiting Before n After for either a quick snack and refreshing beverages or a relaxing cafe setting to relax in while doing school or remote work.
