The fried plantain was very soft and sweet, just how I like it. The ingredients on the breakfast plate complemented each other very well. They were grilled to perfection with succulent crispy edges that were oozing with warm crispy cheese with a great cheese pull. The horchata is also delicious. Not the standard horchata that u will find at 7-11 or Pollo Loco. This the real deal flavor that tastes like it was just imported from El Salvador the day before.
