“Good food!. Our second time ordering here. The first time we ordered, it was pretty close to closing time 9p. I noticed the edge of the pupusa was very slightly undercooked. I thought maybe because it was close to closing time and they rushed?? Second time was better. Just try to order before 830p.Will keep coming back.“

“Delicious Salvadoran food at a good price. Good servants with attention to details and a smile. I liked that there was no reggaeton music but from Central America and the Caribbean because that is music that Salvadorans listen to. We are not interested in knowing how many the reggaeton player slept with, or how he treated her in bed, or that he has a VIP of old wives. I hope they always stay like this.“

“It was busy and the delicious popusas. It took a few minutes to make the food. I tried the frijoles con queso. It was freshly made, and the curtido and tomato sauce were delicious. Make sure you go with plenty of time, especially if you arrive at lunch or dinnepopular. I tried their fruit ensalada drink. It was cold and refreshing. It tasted a lot like inka cola with tiny pieces of apple.“

“I have gone to the champas because I have to pick up the pupusas that my wife orders to take away. They make some plantains that wrap beans and they are tasty and the pupusas too, except that I suffer from acids and vinegar because it makes my stomach upset, since I had an appendix operation, but if you have a good and healthy stomach I recommend them but not excessively so that it doesn't hurt your stomach too.“

“The food is good and decently priced.I like the fact that you can get Salvadorian dishes or Mexican.Since it's located in a lower-income area, the atmosphere is not even mid-tier.Don't let that discourage you.I enjoyed the chilaquiles with a side popusa.“

“It was my second time having food from El Salvador and the food here was better than most stuff I’ve ever had in my life. Everything was super delicious. The fried plantain was very soft and sweet, just how I like it. The ingredients on the breakfast plate complemented each other very well. The chicken tamal was amazing and the pupusa had so much flavor that I was wondering where all that flavor was coming from. The staff was also very friendly and helpful suggesting the most traditional and popular dishes. Definitely wanting to come back. Thank you for your hospitality!“
“My God! These pupusas were very good. My mother and I loved them. My mother never eats pupusas, but when she tried my pupusas she wanted more. I really recommend you try these. The tamales were amazing too. My grandmother and mother loved them.“

“I’ve been to many Salvadoran restaurants but this is probably my new number one. The Papusas are 9.9/10 for sure. They are bigger cheesier and are very tasty! They were grilled to perfection with succulent crispy edges that were oozing with warm crispy cheese with a great cheese pull. The horchata is also delicious. Not the standard horchata that u will find at 7-11 or Pollo Loco. This the real deal flavor that tastes like it was just imported from El Salvador the day before. I would definitely recommend and visit again“

“The food was great, service not so great my server will take forever to check on tables and make sure if everything was good . Also when I asked for something she will forget. The place inside was so hot they need air condition or at list a fan. I recommend to call for a pick up order instead do not dine in.“

“I have been coming to this place for years and I quite like it. The only bad thing is when I am served by a waitress who always has a bitter face and the service she provides is terrible. I think that lady should be in the kitchen so she can get bitter on her own and Don't spoil the tasty pupusas, sir, owner of the restaurant, think that you will be losing customers because everything is excellent from there on out.“

“Nice little neighborhood joint. The caldo de gallina was a bit on the salty side but still good for a nice rainy day. The pan con gallina and shrimp Al mojo de ajo were fire! Highly recommend those. The pupusas were okay. We got the revueltas and the queso and beans. The staff is nice and friendly. I think they have music late night but the kitchen closes early so check that out.“

“Wow, the pupusas are to die for!!! Have had them from several places even from family members, but these are soooo good and nice big portion.
2 thumbs up on the food, but place does need a little bit more maintenance. Was there about 12pm sat at a table to wait for my to go order and the table was sticky. Also customer service lacks a little bit of joy in their attitude. Seems like they are tired, it was only mid-day.“
