The staff was friendly and courteous. Every dish, the Miso Souo, the Sashimi, the Teriyaki Chicken, all of it was full of flavor. Nothing was lacking. Well in this visit I had a combo #89 Ramen and golden crunch roll, I ask for spicy beef flavor ? the Ramen soup had a very good tasty flavor, the beef was sweet and very soft and tender. I believe they use the same beef from the teriyaki bowl. Now when it comes to the Golden Crunch roll don't expect to be just like the one you get when you go the a Japanese restaurant but never the less is good sushi. The price is on point at $9.75 you will leave satisfied ? ?.“

Overall: I came here for the first time, got the ham and cheese sandwich with an order of fries. At $16 for both I was a bit surprised, a bit more than I would like to pay for the portions I received. The sandwich was a fair size but the fries portions were small, they put it in a tiny container. The food was really good so I may come back but only in the area. Restaurant was clean and feels more spacious than it looks from outside. They get the extra star for the food being very good and cleanliness of the restaurant.“

“This was such an incredible experience, my group sat at the sushi bar and this was all our first times having Omakase. We couldn’t have asked for a better and more delicious experience. The couple that owns this restaurant is so sweet and absolutely incredible with customer service. We felt like we had been coming here for years, and ordered more food at the end of our 12 piece meal bc it was all so delicious and we couldn’t get enough. I think we each got 3 more pieces. “Shibuya 107 is lowkey with a modern interior and warm service, and really deliver on the taste like wow. And they're running deals every day of the week so you have no excuses to come check them out ;)

Love how they offer half portions on their sushi rolls, and they're really unique too, like the Lemon crunch with actual lemon in it.

The Salmon truffle was also SO truffle-y. And don't sleep on the Barbecue albacore either, this was probably my favorite thing on the menu.

But the star of the show had to be the Ribeye katsu set. Yes, this is the viral gyukatsu you can get in Japan where you can grill super tender ribeye right at your table.

And if you have decision paralysis, you can't go wrong with the chirashi don lunch set that comes with tempura and all the works.

“I recently visited this sushi spot and ordered the yellowtail sashimi, albacore sashimi (the one topped with fried onions), edamame, spicy tuna, sticky rice, a cucumber roll, and the Bulgogi fries. Everything was delicious and came out quickly.

The staff was attentive in the best way—checking in at the right moments and making sure I had everything I needed without ever feeling intrusive. Great service and great food.

What really stands out is the value. Compared to high-end spots like Blue Ribbon at The Grove, Sora Sushi offers nearly the same quality at about half the price. The most crazy part about this place is how there’s literally usually no one there!

“Hidden gem in Cypress. I am pretty picky when it comes to Sushi and this place is recommended. Specially their lunch box is amazing. Packaged very neatly and my 9pc salmon sushi lunch box comes with tempura,side dish, miso soup and even few sashimi! Love it. Current owners been here for 2yrs or so and they were very kind. And I am there for pick up for passing by I see regulars there so some already know what is good. They have lots of options so I am going try all of them. Inside is not big but very cozy which is perfect for casual dining. Glad I found this place !“
