“It's not often I express sincere pleasure in a meal but this place certainly deserves it. My grilled salmon was fantastic. I had one of those moments where you close your eyes and just savour the meal. My pavlova made me want to lick the plate clean. The service has been wonderful and friendly. I highly recommend this establishment!“

“Lunch buffet was fabulous, every item was superbly delicious. Tandoori chicken and butter chicken; very tasty pakoras (not at all greasy); aloos with potatoes and/or garbanzos; loved the 3 different chutneys and the raita. Can’t remember all the dishes but they were plentiful and perfectly spiced and prepared. The buffet included unlimited chai tea and a choice of 3 different naans, the garlic one was outstanding. We were too full to try the desserts. The owner was very kind and caring, service was excellent. Sadly there were very few customers, please come in for lunch or dinner to support post-pandemic downtown San Rafael, and especially New Delhi Indian Cuisine. It is in the former Lotus Restaurant location, with easy parking and access to the Smart Train.

“The best broth I’ve ever ate in my life. The Beef Combo Pho is the one I would go for. Perfect balance of savory, umami and spices. It looks this place is family owned and they probably carry this receipt through generations you can tasty that. Service is good, and fast. A must in San Raphael.“

“I tried this place for the first time and was very happy with my experience. The food was fresh and the chicken was well trimmed, seasoned and cooked perfectly. The salsas were surprising in their flavorfulness without being overly hot. I got Jamaica and enjoyed it. The people there were also very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend and will come back next time I'm in Petaluma!“
