“If you have the chance to eat here, DO IT! Wish I could give it extra stars!! Amazing, delicious, authentic food. Super sweet mom running it with her two kiddos there. We came with our two year old so it was really nice to be in a kid friendly place. She made sure to bring out his food and drink as quick as possible to keep him happy which we massively appreciate 🙌 She said there was going to be a little wait, except the food came out faster than anywhere else we’ve eaten in town haha. We got the chicken wings, grilled pork bahn mi, pho, coconut prawns, a strawberry smoothie and a coconut smoothie. Everything was delicious, especially the wings. We unfortunately live in Calistoga so we can’t be regulars here but if we could, we would! Support your local restaurants working hard over greedy corporations any day!“

I’ve traveled throughout Baja/BCS, and I would say that these are on par with those if not better. The batter was not too heavy and you could really taste the fish - the slaw + salsa was in perfect balance. I think the fish was better than the shrimp tacos, but will need to eat many more to really know.

I got the ceviche crude and it was better than fancy restaurants with stunning views of the Pacific.

Matt and the staff are absolutely wonderful and made it feel like a trully welcoming establishment. The truth is that I felt every bite warm my soul and made me feel more at ease. “Small little cocina tucked around the back of a gas station in a small neighborhood. Had a nice outdoor seating area. The hostess was incredibly kind and friendly. Ordered the tuna melt and garlic fries, and wow, was it amazing. There was a steady stream of take out and dine in customers, so we could tell it was a popular local spot. We wish we lived locally and we'd eat here more. The menu has many delicious options for tacos &, burritos. Oh, the michelado was 👌🏽 We had gone for a big hike in the area and the portions were perfect.“

“Possibly the best burrito I've ever had. I have eaten thousands of burritos and have a few favorite spots so I'm biased to my favorite spots and ready to be dissapointed when I try new ones. This burrito was perfection. It was huge and flavorful. The ratio of all the ingredients was perfect. Every ingredient from the tortilla, to the cheese, to the meat, to the rice was delicious and shined on its own. Put it all together and I was very pleasantly surprised and highly recommend this establishment. Service was attentive and friendly. Hibiscus Agua fresca was very refreshing.“

“I’m really happy you guys reopened but I’m upset. The macaroni salad is my favorite thing about this place. I don’t know who chaged the recipe but Change it back immediately or make it right. Too watery and too tangy. Tastes like Mayo soup.

“Just finished a wonderful family dinner here. Had a mix of dishes each were well-spiced and cooked perfectly. The naan was buttery soft and the garlic was freshly chopped. The restaurant was extremely clean and well-lit and the service was attentive and kind. We left with full bellies as I couldn’t stop eating one more taste and with the generous portions we have some leftovers for tomorrow I am already looking forward too! Can’t wait to try more of their dishes!“

“I can’t believe I have never written a review for this place. This Chinese restaurant is the spot to order from for family parties. Best know for their fried chicken with spicy salt trays which is so good and crunchy! Also their combination fried rice, people also order their fried fish, bbq chicken, and honey walnut prawns for parties. They’re only takeout and they are always busy. Best to order ahead and allow yourself time to pick up before large parties. I just call to make an order and you pay when you pick up. I wish I could see their prices online or in person for the small and large trays. For a small chicken and small fried rice tray it cost over $100. So large trays are probably about $100. Tastes good and feeds a lot of people. Located in the island pacific plaza, plenty of parking and don’t leave anything valuable in your car.“

“We met up here for breakfast and we were happy we did. We arrived as they opened. We learned that they start serving mariscos after 9am. We had chiliquiles verdes and machaca con huevos. Both plates were delicious. The chiliquiles had a small kick (spice) to it, which I loved. Homemade tortillas came with the machaca. We also had the agua de jaimica, which was good. Service was great and ambiance was great as well. We'd definitely come back.“
