“Beautiful decor of clean modern lines with a Corporate kind of feel. Cloth napkins though & friendly informed staff. We started with a firecracker salmon roll & then enjoyed our mains . The roll was ok but the bowls were truly tasty. I had the Latin chimichurri bowl with a grilled yellowtail cooked perfectly. Topped with a delicious chimichurri sauce. It was served on a salad dressed nicely. I enjoyed everything in my bowl ,Hubby got the Japanese Wasabi bowl. Very good. We both opted for the regular Size which was a little large but we finished most of it. In hindsight we would share a regular size but double the protein which they will add more or different kinds to the bowl for extra. The coffee was served French press style which was a wonderful surprise & quite tasty. All in all would we go back yes. The service was attentive & friendly. I will be back just for this salad. The flavors were light and the chicken was perfect. It didn’t feel like too much which left room for dessert. My partner had the Shredded Chicken Stew, with slow cooked chicken breast simmered in a mild yellow pepper sauce, with hard boiled egg, Peruvian olive, walnuts and parmesan cheese, served with rice. He liked it and felt it was an authentic dish but would probably try something different next time. Dessert, the bread pudding was wonderful. Pineapple and coconut served with bourbon caramel sauce and whipped cream. If you enjoy these flavors I would recommend this! We will definitely be back!“
“This restaurant is located in a place with three other businesses. It's like a market or something. There's two bars, an ice cream parlor and a pizza place I believe. They have an outdoor seating area as well in the back. First off, everyone is extremely friendly. Helpful in recommending food and drinks. I was with some friends so we got a few different things. For me, the Lobster Roll was the highlight. Was delicious and fresh tasting. Came on a brioche bun that was soft and yummy. Also came with a side of seasoned chips. The clam chowder bread bowls were good and the oysters were good but a few had little pieces of shell in them. The drinks were really good too. I ordered Manhattans. It's all very pricey though so be ready to spend some dough. I'd come here again for sure.“

“I really enjoy Flemings as a rule and my last visit there last week was pretty good. The Walnut Creek Flemings is probably the busiest one I've been to. It took a hot minute to get seated and felt a bit too busy but the food was fantastic. Before we were seated, we took advantage of the bar area and the cocktails were spot on. After finally being seated, our waiter was very attentive, fast and well informed. My steak was perfectly cooked and the recommended wine was delicious. Their steak and shrimp wet super burrito was damn good, and also about as big as a swaddled baby - I wish i was joking, this thing was HUGE. And also a very reasonable price at about $18. They were very accommodating in not adding rice (Sorry Mission fans, the SoCal history runs deep with me, no rice on my burritos!)There could be a few more improvements to tip it into god tier, like little more seasoning with the carne asada; needs some cilantro and lime juice. Whip queso fresco with sour cream, use that to layer the bottom of the tortilla with instead of just sour cream, etc - Please, put down la chancla - I mean the absolute best and I'm sure there's some people who could truly offer better suggestions, but those are just what comes off the top of head.Parking: Parking is rather difficult in this area, usually end up needing to go a block or so away, and with the street on the right being one way, that makes it harder as you need to do a loop around to find any side parking spots.Kid-friendliness: I would not say this place is kid friendly, just because it's an order and go spot, absolutely nothing to keep a kid occupied for the 15 minute wait. I loved Gypsy's Chicken pasta which is made with creamy white sauce (alfredo maybe?). The chicken can be a little dry, but it is well seasoned. We all have off days, but it does not give anyone the right to be rude , her comments and eye rolling where out of the ordinary. Told my other coworker that we wanted Thai and she suggested we come here instead. She did not disappoint us at all and we ordered 3 lunch specials and half it within us. The best decision we ever made, when it came to not knowing what to eat and wanting to try it all - LOL! Satay chicken was really juicy and tender and the amount of flavor on here was really good. We also ate the curry noodles with chicken, chicken basil and sweet and sour chicken (not pictured because we ate it LOL and yes we order ALL chicken). I will say out of all 3 of these, the basil chicken and the curry combined together on my plate was honestly the best I've had. The basil chicken has thee perfect amount of spice added to it. It was like a perfect hot cheeto spice - LOL that's how I tell people how spicy things are. The Thai ice tea THOUGH, was the best I've ever had. The Thai tea was light and not super sweet at all. I don't usually drink Thai tea because every location is waaay too sweet for me, so I always pass on drinking it. But my coworker who directed us here said to try it and I am super happy that I did. I will literally only come here for the Thai tea - LOL. Don't get me wrong. I don't know what or how authentic Thai food should, but I will say this place has the same vibe and energy in their food that you would find in SF, over here. And I will tell you now, that we usually go to SF or a hole in the wall in Oakland just because everyone knows Contra Costa area doesn't have much options for Thai. “We were in Concord and looking for some good Mexican food. My husband found this place on Yelp and decided we should try it. We came in on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy. As soon as we walked through the door we could smell food and it smelled delicious. The server came over as soon as we sat down to take our order. She was very nice and answered the questions we had. She brought over chips, salsa and beans. I had a top shelf margarita it was very good. I ordered the chile verde it was delicious. My husband and son got burritos. They came with sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo on the side. They were both very happy with their food. I had a bite of burrito it was delicious too. Our food came out pretty quickly and everything was hot and fresh. Our server did check on us to see if we were happy with our food or needed refills on our drinks. The women's bathroom was extremely clean and the restaurant had some great art on the walls. They also have a TV the baseball game was on while we were dining. This was a great find we really enjoyed this place and will definitely be back to try more dishes.“
