“I bought the oyster combo with DoorDash and I absolutely loved the deep fried oysters. The fried breading was very tasty and the oysters tasted like they were cooked just right.

I chose potato salad for the side, I liked it, however, I do not know if they make it fresh.

The combo also comes with a Shasta brand soda, but cola and lemon lime are the only offered flavors.

I definitely want to order from here again.“

“I like this place quite a bit. All the food is fried to perfection and is all pretty distinct. Ordering is pretty simple just call or drop in and hang out about for a while. The service is also really friendly. What is a bit odd here is the patrons to the establishment. Interesting crowd lol, hell bent on getting their fried fish and chickens with plenty of attitude. Surely if they chilled out they would have a more positive pickip experience. Found that a bit odd lol be nice to folks who run this place.“

“Great seafood boil restaurant! The place was decorative, and fairly clean for a seafood boil restaurant. The service was great, and the servers and staff were all really friendly. They had great prices, and their crawfish was HUGE! For the interior, it was really cool to see all the different people who ate there, and their decor was great. However, I feel like the lighting could have been a bit better, and have more brighter lights. Although the lights were a bit dim, the food makes up for everything!“

“Love the salmon and my new fav is the dynamite shrimp bowl!! Rice cooked perfectly, shrimp are perfectly cooked and just the right spicyness and bright flavors to perk it up! Delicious! My dad in law LOVES the fish and chips! Says one of the best ever and he’s in his 80’s and from the south so must be good ! Lol 😊 only bad thing to say is the parking in the center it’s in is awful! “Food is always good and consistently made to taste each and everytime we order a dish we've had during a previous visit. The owner is very nice and is always busy at work either helping up front or assisting in the back. The pot stickers are the big juicy hand made kind, with quality ingredients. It's surprisingly hard to find a good quality one that's not solely at a dim sum restaurant lately.“

“We stopped in got some Fish & Chips (cat fish) and Onion rings and soda.As a very picky Aussie who loves good Fish & Chips most stores here in the US I’d score at a 6/10 but this little hole in the wall shop it’s easy an 8/10 the chips where good size the fish was average size for all the US stores I’ve tried but this little store the batter was crispy and the fish cooked perfectly the onion rings where good the Chips where very good but I feel a few extra minutes in the oil would have made them a perfect Crispy outer and hot and fluffy“

“I had a takeout pizza from this restaurant last night first of all the customer service was absolutely excellent. The person that answered the phone had a really pleasant customer focused manner , nothing was too much trouble and he was so polite. “Came here for a baked potato and realized theres so much more to it than that! They had some delicious birria tacos and even birria ramen! The fish tacos were so delicious too. Im not usually one to divert from my usual agua de pepino but the drink with pineapple and i think it was spinach or something, i cant remember, but it was soo yummy too. The only thing that was really hard to figure out was parking. I spent like 30 minutes each time just going around the whole thing looking for parking. To be fair it was rush hour so there was a lot of traffic too.“

“First of all the people that were in there getting food talked to me about how great it is before I could even order. I was excited. I ordered a Super Burrito with ground beef and everything. I also ordered a taco. When I saw how many ingredients were piled up on that taco and saw how the only way he could close that taco was to envelope it in aluminum foil I was amazed. But then when I picked up my bag containing one burrito and one taco I swear it was a couple of pounds! The burrito was huge! And delicious! And the person taking my order and the person making the orders were very pleasant. I will definitely be back many times.“

“Mai Thai is our go-to for Thai food. We chose it over Naung Mai in Oak Harbor initially because of the price difference, but the portions are bigger and there's more of your chosen meat/protein in the soups and entrees. That said- be aware you have to LIKE SPICE. Recently it has been difficult to get "spice 1", which should just be a hint. If you say "no spice", it's OK, but not Thai, right? But if there's a difference between 1 and 4, I can't tell. Our Pho soup tonight (spice 1) was burning our throats. The pad thai was OK at spice 1, but still quite a bit spicier than I would assume 1 would be. This is a new development for this restaurant, so it is probably a new chef. Just BE AWARE. Anyway, most people complain the food in the PNW is too bland, so you won't have that problem, at least! And as far as ordering, we use the online app. Add five mins to the time it says your pick up is ready. It is never ready. Door Dashers use this place constantly, and they clog the order process. There is indoor dining, but we have never used it, thanks to Covid protocols. Also- a final word on parking. The parking lot has been sectioned off from looping through the driver's ed school next door. Therefore the lot is super tough to turn and get out. You are better off parking along the strip by the salon to the left of the restaurant and walking up. Please be careful in this area of town at night.“

It’s one of our “go to places” for Chinese food in Alameda. Small local neighborhood place with nice service.“

“Good authentic Japanese cuisine! Had the tempura udon, beef teriyaki set and double salmon roll. Salmon tasted especially delicious.

Service was great, they accommodated for a party of 8 without reservation with about a 15 minute wait (friday dinner, 6pm). There is a physical waiting list upon arrival, staff was efficient and kind despite the large group inconvenience.

Would 10/10 go again, great value and great service.“

“This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the Bay Area. Where else can you get authentic Bun Bo Hue and Mi Quang, except maybe San Jose and SF, and they give you a ton of veggies, unlike most restaurants. Plus you always get a grissly bone with your Bun Bo Hue, and pork blood, otherwise it wouldn't be authentic! If you like vietnamese food, you gotta come here. Trust me, I grew up eating vietnamese food and have been to Vietnam, including Da Nang, where my wife was born, and it doesn't get much better than this. 5 stars“
