“I have ordered the family meal several times via DoorDash and the food is consistently good. The bbq beef is thinly sliced and tender/flavorful, the fried Island white fish is perfectly fried -- very crispy exterior with moist interior, the galbi ribs are slightly sweet and tasty, the chicken katsu crispy and flavorful (they use chicken thigh meat so it is very moist, not dry). The family meal comes with rice and macaroni salad -- enough food for six. Great value meal! Even with delivery, the fried food is crispy and still warm.“
“Amazing food and wonderful service!! I just passed by seeing this place on the side of Clayton road and it did not disappoint!! Really good Mexican food and very affordable. Great portions as well. Even the chips and salsa are amazing. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend!“
“So, to begin with. When you see the place from a street, it is not the first choice to swing by, yet when you peek through the window, you'll see an open kitchen with food being cooked nonstop, a hood sign.Inside the place seems a bit crowded, yet you could probably squeeze 8n at the bar if you ask nicely even if you don't have reservation :)And now the food, fantastic italian cusine - the pasta is appropriately aldente, tomato sauce is fantastic, the beef carpaccio blows you away. And in the end you feel guilty if you miss the dessert.I would definitely recommend making a reservation and arrive hungry.Parking in a garage nearby is plenty.“
“Such a warm and welcoming establishment. We were promptly seated and the service was professional, informative and frequent. Our food was fantastic. We enjoyed the garlic bread, minestrone soup, pork chop carbonara and the chicken parm. We will definitely be back!“
“It's a nice place with a good view. I really don't have any complaints about the service, but the food was, sadly, forgettable. I didn't hate it, or even really dislike it, but I certainly walked away thinking I usually enjoy less expensive food more than this (not that it was exorbitant). So four stars because it's not a bad restaurant, but I also can't see myself coming back.“
“I normally go to Ruth Chris for my birthday but I've always wanted to try Flemings, so we went this year. The food and service were excellent, but the ambience doesn't compare to Ruth Chris. I felt cramped because the tables are so close together. I will likely not come back only because of the atmosphere. We had the ribeye steak, sea bass and lobster tails. The brussel sprouts are delish!! Overall, great experience.“
“I came here for my birthday, and Jenny (bartender/server) was amazing. It was our first time there, and she was very patient and friendly, explaining the menu to us. The food was fantastic, and the shrimp were on point. Manager Gabriel is also very courteous and made sure we were all happy with our food. Came ba k again and tasted the salmon chowder, and that was AMAZING.... I LOVED IT.....Great food and atmosphere, keep up the great work.“
“Very pretty drinks, the taste was ok but not exceptional. The appetizers were good, though I wouldn't order the pork chop again. I'm assuming it was ok, but the texture seemed off and I kept worrying it wasn't well done enough.“
“So delicious!!! My family loves thai food, and while this place may not look big or bustling on the outside, it is amazing. The indoor dining area is quant and small, so there may only be around 5 tables available. We were seated quickly, and the waiters were very kind. The food was absolutely wonderful. We are big fried rice lovers, and it did not disappoint. 100% worth a visit.“
“Oke Poke in Walnut Creek is the bomb! Seriously, if you're into poke bowls, this place rocks. The vibe is chill, the staff are cool, and the food? It's top-notch.They've got everything you need for the perfect poke bowl – fresh fish, loads of toppings, and killer sauces. Plus, you can build your own bowl, so it's totally customized to your taste.Portions are generous, and the presentation? On point. Plus, the staff are super friendly and always happy to help out.If you're craving some awesome poke, hit up Oke Poke. Trust me, you won't regret it! ??“
“We had a great night on our dinner date. I highly recommend this spot if you are in the mood for Peruvian food. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. She brought out two samples of wine for me to try and waited until I made my decision. I appreciated this. I would recommend if it’s your first time, the Empanada Sampler of all 4. I would have naturally leaned towards the Cheese with Avocado sauce or the Vegetarian but to my surprise loved the Beef with Rocoto Aioli best. For dinner I had the Organic Quinoa Chopped Salad with chicken. It has romaine, radish, green beans, tomatoes, onions, corn, cilantro, avocado, lime vinaigrette and I loved it! I will be back just for this salad. The flavors were light and the chicken was perfect. It didn’t feel like too much which left room for dessert. My partner had the Shredded Chicken Stew, with slow cooked chicken breast simmered in a mild yellow pepper sauce, with hard boiled egg, Peruvian olive, walnuts and parmesan cheese, served with rice. He liked it and felt it was an authentic dish but would probably try something different next time. Dessert, the bread pudding was wonderful. Pineapple and coconut served with bourbon caramel sauce and whipped cream. If you enjoy these flavors I would recommend this! We will definitely be back!“
“Food is delicious nowhere to sit dining very no dining every time I come to this place it's closed I live a distance so before going please callParking: Must call before going every time I go it's closed inconvenience as I travel from a distance“
“Luna has become our goto for fabulous Italian food. Last night was our 8th visit and we enjoyed the Olive Pesto appetizer with soft warm bread. A Mista salad, the Duck and the Bolognase. The atmosphere was marvelous, the food scrumptious, and the staff really inviting. The owner welcomed us as we arrived and bade good night as we left to walk home.Luna is the best of a neighborhood eatery with 5-star cuisine. Walk or drive, you have to come here!Parking: One way street from Willow Pass.A few outdoor tables in good weather. Seating for about 80 or so in Two's and Four's, but can accommodate larger parties.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a bit tight, but they have always succeded in accommodating our mobility issues with advance notice.“
“I recently dined at the Walnut Creek Yacht Club and came away with mixed feelings. On the plus side, the food is always well-prepared, a testament to the kitchen's consistency and skill. The Chelsea Gem oysters were a standout, arriving at the table perfect in every way and setting a high bar for the rest of the meal. However, not all dishes reached this level of excellence. The halibut with citrus butter, while very good, didn't quite live up to expectations, lacking a certain special touch that would make it memorable. Similarly, the clam pasta fell short of the mark. It was quite bland and suffered from an overabundance of butter, overshadowing the clams themselves. In summary, while there are definite highlights like the impeccable Chelsea Gem oysters, some offerings could benefit from a bit more inspiration and balance. The Walnut Creek Yacht Club has the potential for greatness, but a little more attention to the flavor profiles of some dishes would go a long way.3.5 stars.“
“This is my favorite restaurant in Concord, and I like a LOT of the local restaurants, so that's saying something. I'd come here every day if that weren't a bit too often to eat out!My favorites here are the samosas, the onion naan, and Tomato Tarka Dal, though there's so many other delicious dishes I just wish I had enough room for it all!“
“Actually delicious. We’ve had a lot of sushi in the east bay and this was easily the best takeout - fish was fresh, cuts were generous, and seasoning was interesting and delicious. A little expensive for normal sushi takeout in my opinion but a nice monthly treat! We’ll be back to dine in!Dietary restrictions: Gluten, dairy, egg free“
“This place really don’t deserve no low reviews. I been here numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. Yesterday we had a Xmas work dinner here and everything came out amazing. Food was incredible, service was very warming and prompt. This is hands down the best spot in the area. I’ll fasho be coming back best food here the parillada firee“
“This is not the fanciest place to eat, but trust me, their fish and chips, cole slaw, are unforgettable. Plenty of parking. I always order ahead for pick up and I can skip the line. The staff is helpful. They sell fresh fish. It's all pretty terrific. Check it out. I understand they plan to open a Resturant on Railroad. How cool will that be?“
“They have the best clam chowder and seafood sandwiches that you can get outside of Fisherman's Wharf. The soup and sandwich is just right. It's not a lavish dining area but many patrons get takeout. And if you have room for dessert they have got you covered. I think they have a multitude of local regulars, us included.“
“This place gets popping on the weekends! We came for some great Vietnamese food and definitely got that and then some! There was parties of people coming in and the place got very lively! The food here is great, Service was great and the energy was wonderful!“
“We've eaten at Parada several times in the past and had a very good experience. This time, it was good, but not outstanding. It was a Friday night, so understandably busy, and very loud in the restaurant, so we (a party of 4) had to keep repeating ourselves. The food was tasty as always, but they didn't bring out one of the dishes we ordered to go with the meal, so we had to request it again and it arrived, though later than preferable. I would definitely go back, but I will pick a different night when the weather is better so we can sit outside and on a night when there is not live music, though it was nice, just added to the noise factor.“
“My first time visiting. I came for lunch. They had a lovely selection of dishes, as well as wine and beer. I had green beans, my friend had cashew chicken. The dishes were served family style. Lunch came with soup and egg rolls. Everything was delicious. I'll be back to try some other dishes.Parking: Located next to Las Montañas Supermarket. There's always a crowd of people here.“
“stumbled across this place while doing my laundry across the street. Late Sunday evening and it was still open for business , SO I immediately scoped out the Reviews. I was Pleasantly Surprised that this place had sooo many good reviews but was empty! we took a chance &Ordered anyways . I requested half orders bat was told NO by the only employee present.Only two of US so I was disappointed that I couldn't but Sucked it up anyways ended up paying few cents Short of $50...for food for two! ouch ?However . the food was really good! ordered BBQ pork fried rice chicken Chow men orange chicken egg rolls &chicken wings. Rice slightly dry do to the BBQ pork but the Chow mein was perfect. So Next time I will order the chicken fried rice too the Orange Chicken was delicious too!my only complaint is not offering smaller portions because We had so much leftover that I could still feed a small army! But other than that very good and will definitely be back!“
“OMG! This is the first time me and my coworker have been here and damn are we super excited about this GEM! We came from across the street and it is such a game changer. Told my other coworker that we wanted Thai and she suggested we come here instead. She said it is a bit pricey, but says that the flavors are there compared to others she's tried around Concord (mind you our office moved from Alameda). She did not disappoint us at all and we ordered 3 lunch specials and half it within us. The best decision we ever made, when it came to not knowing what to eat and wanting to try it all - LOL! Satay chicken was really juicy and tender and the amount of flavor on here was really good. We also ate the curry noodles with chicken, chicken basil and sweet and sour chicken (not pictured because we ate it LOL and yes we order ALL chicken). I will say out of all 3 of these, the basil chicken and the curry combined together on my plate was honestly the best I've had. The basil chicken has thee perfect amount of spice added to it. It was like a perfect hot cheeto spice - LOL that's how I tell people how spicy things are. The Thai ice tea THOUGH, was the best I've ever had. The Thai tea was light and not super sweet at all. I don't usually drink Thai tea because every location is waaay too sweet for me, so I always pass on drinking it. But my coworker who directed us here said to try it and I am super happy that I did. I will literally only come here for the Thai tea - LOL. Don't get me wrong. I don't know what or how authentic Thai food should, but I will say this place has the same vibe and energy in their food that you would find in SF, over here. And I will tell you now, that we usually go to SF or a hole in the wall in Oakland just because everyone knows Contra Costa area doesn't have much options for Thai. But this place definitely has my support now.“
“Hands down THE BEST Mexican Restaurant in Walnut Creek, CA! Service was exemplary! Food came pippin HOT! Never had to ask for anything. Our server was on top of her game!!! Things to try when you go next time: Build your own omelet is superb; i ordered spinach, mushrooms, avocado, and jalapeños. Hubby loved his breakfast chicken burrito. Our son had the pancakes combo! Relatively great portions! And ample free parking! The cook is excellent and gives great recommendations. The staff is very polite and friendly, they make you feel like family! Now what more do u need than ALL that?! Go check this small business out, kitty will not be a waste of your time or tastebuds! Thanks for reading!Vegetarian options: Must let your server know your requests. They are pretty understanding and accommodating. Just ask.Kid-friendliness: They have a section for kids. Which is a win-win!“
“Have driven by Taqueria P-Hill since they opened, made the mental note to "go there!".After tiring of many unmemorable street tacos around P-Hill/Concord, I finally went here to give it a try. I kept it simple, ordered two El Pastor street tacos. Super nice Amigo took my order and then proceeded to load up on fresh salsas to try + spicy peppers/carrort/onion/potato side. Order served, which was a perfect serving for me. I tasted each salsa they offered that day. Settled on the mango salso for the El Pastor.....reminded me of tacos I ate is Sayulita, Mexico. I know I gave this a 5-star rating for my single dining experience; however, the rating stands because my nit-picky personality wants to return again. We are lucky to have local business like Taqueria P-Hill. Drop in and give them a try. I will for sure!“
“Loved Loved Loved this place. The drinks were yummy, the food was delicious. The service was awesome. Definitely a must try.. I ordered the Seafood Grill. I enjoyed every bite but I just loved the deep fried polenta. So good!!! Perfect place for any occasion.“
“Wow! This place was delicious. I ordered salsa verde enchiladas and they tasted so fresh. They brought me chips and salsa too, before my food came out and the salsa was so tasty. Highly recommend if you anywhere close to this area to stop in!“
“I recently dined at Kacha Thai and I have to say, I was disappointed. While the service was friendly, the food was mediocre at best. I ordered the Green Curry with chicken and it lacked the depth of flavors that I was expecting. The portion size was also quite small for the price. The ambiance of the restaurant was also a letdown. The music was too loud and the lighting was too bright, making it difficult to have a conversation or feel relaxed. Additionally, the tables were too close together, making it feel cramped and crowded. On a positive note, the restaurant does offer a good selection of vegetarian options and the staff was accommodating to my dietary preferences. However, overall, I was unimpressed with my dining experience at Kacha Thai. I have had better Thai food at other restaurants for a similar price. In my opinion, there are better options out there for Thai cuisine.“
“A must try! The scallop risotto is absolutely amazing! The salmon was delicious. Drinks are special. The punch bowl is the way to go. Soooooo good! Our waitress, Kayla, was attentive and knowledgeable. She made excellent suggestions. She made our experience that much better. The manager, Melissa, took the time to come chat with us and make sure all was well. The pastry chef knows what she's doing. Best carrot cake I've ever had. Super friendly staff, great ambiance. We might be back every weekend.“
“I tried this restaurants for the first time yesterday March/24/2024, staff are sweet and nice, Service are great, atmosphere are cool, the Koubideh Kebob was absolutely AMAZING.The only thing that I wasn't a big fan of was the Appetizers "Combination Platter" was overpriced and didn't taste as good.“
“I was with a group of about 30 people from my church (New Hope), and we had a fantastic meal on a Friday night. Our server, Francisca, was amazing and gave us excellent service. The food was delicious and hot, and came out fast. We were all served quickly. I will definitely go back and recommend for large parties.“
“Berkeley Students' Best Bang for the Buck! New Management Brings a Fresh Culinary Experience!Hello everyone! Today, I want to introduce you to a restaurant located in Berkeley that used to be relatively unknown, with mediocre food. However, now, with new management taking over, it has undergone a remarkable transformation, making it the go-to place for Berkeley students in terms of value for money! The restaurant's name hasn't changed, but the owner has, so make sure to remember the address!First, let's talk about the prices. At this restaurant, $100 can easily satisfy two people with an abundance of delicious dishes! Whether you're a student or a working professional, this price point is incredibly budget-friendly. What's more, the quality of the food has seen a significant improvement. If you're a fan of spicy food, then this place is an absolute paradise for you. Their spicy hot pot and hot dishes will not disappoint. Moreover, if you feel it's not spicy enough, you can request extra spice, and they'll tailor it to your taste.Overall, the changes at this restaurant are truly astonishing. Whether it's the taste of the food or the affordability of the prices, it's hard to believe. If you're a Berkeley student, this place is undoubtedly the king of budget-friendly and nearby dining options. Don't miss out on this opportunity; hurry up and give it a try!“

“Tried Swagat based on the recommendation of some locals. We were not disappointed.Butter Chicken 10/10 (has been recently improved [from good to great] and this alone keeps me coming back!)Chicken Tandoori 10/10Chicken Tikka Masala 8/10Naan, roti, jaljeera, dahi bhalla and chai were "ok."Gajrela was disappointing (jack cheese...?)The ambiance was quite nice. The service was pleasant & welcoming. We're excited to come back for the lunch buffet! (Ends at 2:30pm, 7 days a week.)[edit: lunch buffet is ok]“
“First time trying this place with my sisters! We definitely enjoyed the vibe! We got seated fast, and got our order right out the way! The food is decent portion with a lot of good flavors def recommend this place if you're around Pittsburgh area“
“I was on my way to Concord and went past the Three Brothers from China Restaurant and planned on going there as soon as I'm finished with Ol Oshcotious Trotterdale out at his Haggis plant, where I'm to get a full view of what goes into producing authentic Haggis. Well, I don't have words to describe what I saw, and there aren't any words in the English language to describe what I smelled. All I can say is...there is something wrong with those people.I went Lickity Split all the way to the Three Brothers from China Restaurant and had Pork Pot Stickers and Char Siu Chicken it was Amazing! ☆☆☆☆☆“
“Fantastic selection and quality of ingredients. Loved choosing 3 bases (kelp noodles were awesome and enjoyed the citrus kale and mixed greens), 4 proteins, and the delicious sides included with the regular poke bowl/box. Generous portions and good value! I had enough for leftovers but the box gets soggy (love that it's compostable though) so transfer into a leak-proof container before refrigerating. ;)“
“Loved the chicken tenders with honey mustard sauce! The service was awesome. They were so patient with us especially since we were first time buyers. They even gave us a a free biscuit! The biscuit had sweet honey on top which was such a treat!“
“Staff always friendly, food served hot and the rewards program is very helpful.Parking: Plenty of parking unless there is a special event being held there.Kid-friendliness: A few video game machines, a mechanical horse that I've seen.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of access for a wheelchair.“
“I'm surprised there weren't more reviews for this place. This place is a hidden gem. First time I tried the birria ramen I thought where the hell has this been all my life! It's like a beef stew seasoned with tapatio and has ramen noodles. Today I tried the shrimp mango habanero tostada and it was amazing! So refreshing and I love the right amount of spice from the habanero and sweetness from the mangos. And PLENTY of shrimp. They are not stingy on that. Love this place and want to try all the menu items. Very high quality taste and ingredients!“
“The food is good they serve you pretty quick get you in and outVegetarian options: They have an array of stuff if they can make you a vegetarian. Anything you wantDietary restrictions: If you have dietary restriction please note them so they can take off or add whatever you may needParking: The parking is inside of a large parking area but it's not just for that place. It's for Safeway and other businesses that are there“
“pretty roomy, okay service. great and affordable food. Annoying Computer for taking orders. I prefer that when i am tipping i at least talk to the cashier. their method makes the tip feel like a fee rather than for the customer satisfaction. i prefer that the service charge be padded to the food cost and let tipping be for customer satisfaction.“
“Beautiful day to be seated by the window! We were seated almost immediately. Our server, Oak, appeared as soon as we sat down. She was pleasant and attentive! Ran down the menu (including the stuff not listed). Our food was delivered quickly and it was very tasty. The entire staff was great. We noticed how well and easily they managed larger groups and special party events, like birthdays. We are already making plans for our next visit...with our kids and their families!“
“We had heard about Krispy Krunchy on Google. Weird that it's inside a gas station, but this is great chicken! We ordered the 8-piece dark box. The chicken is perfectly crispy and moist. Flavor is similar to Popeyes, but a little less cajun, but with lots of flavor. Better tasting that Popeye's IMHO!“
“Love this place will definitely be coming back! Let me start off with the great parts, the oxtails will have you ready to tear up if you are missing that little bit of home feeling especially if you from the country, the red snapper is great no fishy taste at all was made perfect and fresh! The potato salad was great! Especially if you love that deviled egg kinda feel , as for the Mac and cheese it's cool kinda basic I've had worse but I've also had better the loving seems to be going mainly into the main dishes, it still has that homey feeling just needs some pepper or something, the greens were cool as well they were greens kinda missing that meaty flavor but that's probably because they want to be inclusive to other types of people that don't eat meat ,still good tho I respect it and would order again, the hush puppies were good gave kinda a cornbread feel if you're looking for that fish taste in there I'd get something else tho I don't really care for that taste to much so it was perfect for me, the prawns were pretty standard I mean it's fried shrimp what do you expect? It's clean fresh and the batter it's fried is was really nice, my only fault was when it came to the catfish it was pretty fishy for my liking definitely will just stick to the red snapper next time, and also for how expensive the oxtail plate was I'd think I'd get more that 3 little nuggets other than that it's still so good I'd order again still have the peach cobbler to try will update after ! And as for the service it was wonderful felt like I was talking to family but still professional, very nice, very on top of things, almost forgot my potato salad and came and got me from the parking lot and threw in an extra one for the very minor inconvenience, also if your looking for something super quick maybe look else where as it's not no fast food it's that fresh take some time food but man it's so worth it, don't get me wrong the wait time isn't ridiculous at all for what your getting, if you want cheap fast food go to Wendy's or something here you wait for the quality that your given“
“Been coming here, and ti the original restaurant all my life. Haven't had a bad day here yet! Love the owner! He always greets everyone and ALWAYS delivers on the sushi. FOOD IS GREAT. I suggest letting him freestyle on a sushi roll for you! Best decision I ever made.“
“My parents love this place so they invited me. I really enjoyed the service and the food so I took my wife here as well. We ordered the dinner combo 2 enchiladas and bistec ranchero. We both enjoyed our food (we shared). The chips were fresh and the salsa was seasoned well and not spicy. The enchilada (grilled chicken) was well seasoned and the green sauce complimented the dish. The beans and rice were also really good. The bistec was a little spicy (for my wife) but perfect r for me. We recommend this place. The portions were plenty and the service was great. There's plenty of parking and seating inside. There was also a steady line of people getting food to go.“
“We ordered the chicken tikka masala, samosas, garlic naan, onion naan. Everything was awesome, I just wish the protein portion was larger. The place was clean and the staff were nice. They prefer cash tips because they don't receive the money when we pay by credit card. I will be going back to try their Indian pizzas.“
