“Surprised how great my cheeseburger was since we just stopped when passing by. It was soo good! Filled me up and and my friends said there's was great as well. “El Mono is absolutely fantastic. I took one bite and instantly fell in love with the dish I ordered (tallarin Saltado). Matt and the staff are absolutely wonderful and made it feel like a trully welcoming establishment. The truth is that I felt every bite warm my soul and made me feel more at ease. Being able to feel calm and enjoy such an amazing meal is something special, and El Mono is special!! something you have to experience.“

“Nice place to come for breakfast with a cozy,relaxed feel. Staff is great, the food is good, and delicious breakfast drink options if you want alittle boost. My mom loves the silver dollar pancakes. Worth trying..Just wish there was more parking around.“

“This is hands down my favorite cozy Italian spot in downtown Berkeley! Service is always quick and fast. My friends and I go to Gypsy's at least once a month, and we never had trouble looking for parking. Food is very affordable, fresh, and delicious.“

“Tender Greens | Berkeley has become a go-to place for occasional food delivery & dining in house in the mid-afternoon. The food is tasty, fresh, & plentiful—consistent—& always tastes good. Chefs develop interesting & tasty seasonal menus. I have explored a number of plates & bowls, especially savor the greens & seasonings that go alongside the entrees. Have enjoyed chicken, salmon, beef, & vegetarian options as well as all the sides. Sandwiches & salads are delish. As is the mint lemonade & watermelon fresca. The place can be hopping or not, & the service is top notch & personable, professional. They do robust to-go orders & have spacious outdoor garden seating. Sure wish I’d discovered it sooner!“

“Their onigiri is really good! I’m not always in the mood for spam, but they have plenty of options without spam too, and I haven’t had anything I haven’t liked yet. They partner with several delivery services and their food always is packed well and is ready quickly for the drivers. Definitely recommend!“
