The menu seemed to be changing seasonally, according to the information on the menu. So this comment is only based on my experience in Dec, 2023. We came to this restaurant because of the tempting photos on Google Map. The service is good; atmosphere is nice and cozy. But the food is disappointing. We are familiar with upscale casual at a premium and Iron & Oak certainly fits within that price point, but it falls short of fine dining quality. The decor is modern, minimal, and very open. I don't think the architect had customer comfort in mind when designing this restaurant, because the vaulted, open ceiling/side gives a very cold, echoey experience.
