“Cool place (love the decor/style), nice staff & tasty food. Some dishes you will not find in the average Thai restaurant in the Bay Area. For example, the chef or owner is from northern Thailand so the menu features a top Northern Thai dish - Kao Soi noodle soup (beef or chicken), or the all time fav 'street food' grilled pork skewers (moo ping) served with sticky rice (ck out the menu on their website). I had the Pad Kemao Chicken (menu says beef but they are happy to make dishes with what you like & even have Beyond Meat dishes on the menu - cool to see stir fried basil with Beyond Meat (Krapao Beyond Neur)). The taste of my wok fried pad kemao was delicious, same or better than any I've had on prior trips to Bangkok. Glad to have discovered a solid Thai restaurant that doesn't have watered down flavors. Good to see they have a lot of gluten free and vegan choices on the menu too. Definitely will be back, keep up the good work!“

“Some sandwiches are incredible (sichuan chicken comes to mind), others just pretty good. Being open only 11-3 and being closed two weekdays entirely I unfortunately tend to forget this place exists, even though I walk past all the time. Also the best sandwiches often sell out past the first couple hours, so you really got to get there 11-1.“

“Freshroll is one of my favorite places to eat in Berkeley. For under $7, you get a HUGE Spring Roll with a bunch of fillings and your choice of meat (or no meat). $1 extra for avocado (worth it) and you can also get an extra side of sauce, but the roll does come with sauce. I cannot recommend the chicken enough. It is the only warm thing about the roll but it is highly seasoned and delicious. These folks get your food out insanely fast and I have been here MANY times and have always received consistent, fresh food.“

“Pro tip: If you’re coming here before a concert be aware it’s packed and fast paced environment. Cocktails and food came out super fast. We were surprised how quick we were able to get in and out of here without missing the opener. It’s right near the entrance to the stadium.“
“I really enjoyed my salad that I just bought. It was delicious and filling. It also left me feeling very good after eating. But the girl who rang me up gave me a hard time because I was looking at the dates on the salads. As a paying customer isn't it my right to check the dates on the food I'm buying and putting into my body. Unfortunately, I will not be going back because of how I was treated by one person.“

“Easily one of my favorite restaurants to go to. The chef and staff are always so friendly and warm.
Can never go wrong with Hamachi spoons as a starter, excellent every time. Even better at happy hour when they're $4 each.
My go to is the Shaken beef entree. Dee. Lish. Us.
There's a reason the restaurant is called Saucy. The sauces are top notch. I've come through when they're busy and when they're slow and the quality doesn't change. They're always welcoming and provide excellent service.“
