Had the pleasure of trying out a few of the vendors for the first time while visiting a friend who lives a few blocks away. This place has a very transformative vibe that complements the rest of the downtown quite well.
Boudin Blanc sausage!! I can't find at any other location. You can also purchase the spicy boudin. Delicious! My favorite with a glass wine and spanish saffron rice. Taylors has a variety of meats, sausages, pork, beef, and chicken.
