First time trying the local eatery... beautiful food, decor, pricing.. very much practicing safety through Covid which I greatly appreciate. I ordered to go: harira, tagine, the honey cookie with orange blossom ice cream and green tea with mint. It was a comfort food I never knew I was missing. I really miss Understory. I hope they'll return. So many vegan options, love their operation. The only item I ever wasn't in love with was a pasta that was just too dense & gummy. They offered some beautiful fusion foods and a pay what you can community offering.
I must be the luckiest person in the world! I just stumbled upon this amazing cooperative and I'm enjoying their house made vegan fava bean burger. This is the bean burger every other bean burger strives to be. The shoestring fries on the side are a lovely bonus. Please support these beautiful people any way you can before they close their doors at the end of this month.
