Such a cute little spot in a quiet residential area here in Oakland. Definitely need to check out if you’re in the area. Plenty of outside seating for when you want to enjoy a nice sunny day!

Based on reviews, Cafe Xochi is a lovely, community-oriented cafe in Oakland. It is a safe and welcoming space where the community can gather. The staff are super cool, friendly, and helpful. The coffee drinks are excellent, with a maple cardamom latte and a drip coffee that is some of the best drip out there. The Xochi sandwich with slaw and turkey and crispy cheese is a light but rich and acidic balanced go-to. They also have seasonal unique one-off drinks that are always fun and tasty. The backyard space is peaceful, and there is ample patio and sidewalk space. The interior is tight for groups but excellent for singles. It is a great place to enjoy coffee with a good book or to spend a few hours working on a computer. The vibes are good, and it is a great spot for a dog to relax.
